It amazes me that sales people don't have to be knowledgeable about the items they sell.
Awesome customer service went out of their way to remedy a mistake! I wish I knew the names of the gentleman who helped me. I'd give them a raise! They reminded me of the days when the customer was always treated with respect and dignity when handling disputes.
It took a while for someone to help me with an issue that took 5 minutes to discuss. Regardless, one of the geek squad employees checked up on everyone who was waiting and I appreciated that! He was very patient and helped me trying to figure what would be the best solution for a very old ACER computer. He works with Geek Squad and takes people to a table with chairs to help directly fix computers. He brown hair and facial hair, somewhat taller. He was the one that helped me with the 8gen i13 Acer computer that had a troubleshooting error. I think he took it to the back to have it recycled As I couldn’t do anything with it. I would like to know his name if possible to acknowledge that he provided excellent guest service. Props to him!
