This store always has what I need in stock, the TV displays are always working and the staff is helpful. I prefer to drive out of my way to come to this location.

I got a Best Buy credit card since 2013. Best Buy sent me a text to pick up my purchase on Friday 3/21/24 and when I came in on Tuesday 4 days for them to hold the item which I had paid for. They told me it was sold to someone else earlier in the day. I purchased $1,600.00 in the store on Wednesday 12th. It is extremely horrible way of doing business, since all items was purchased with a Best Buy Credit card and not to text me back to let me know not to waste my time going to the store because they already sold it!
