My husband called asking about oven ranges. The guy on the phone said to go all the way over to our warehouse off of tower and you can look at all the appliances. Boy was he wrong and he sent us on a wild goose chase. We then arrived at the factory and we were told to go to the one down the street and see what they have. So we did that and they had little to nothing to choose from and then when we did get help from the nice guy at the aurora store we were then informed that because it's the holidays there will be less options to choose from. Long day with small results and sent for an adventure all over the city. 😢

Absolute worst customer service Ever Had a Best Buy in my life. Women for any new screen protector under warranty tried to charge me $7 to install it how to have screen protectors replaced several times never once charged me for installation under warranty manager and the dude at the register were complete ass hats

I tried to drop off my computer on 11/2 that had been repaired and stopped working. After waiting for 20 minutes I was told I had to make an appointment even to drop off, and there was nobody available to speak with. I left and made an appointment which was another ordeal in itself as scheduling on the website wasn’t working. I then had to call and spend 40 minutes on the phone to make an appointment for 11/3. Today during my appointment the person helping me stopped working on my computer multiple times to assist other customers that didn’t have an appointment. Guess policies change from day to day. I will do my best to never return to this location.
