I had amazing service here when I came in with a family member in a wheelchair. The gentleman we were working with made sure to listen to what we were hoping for and took us straight over. He even helped getting it to my car so I push the wheelchair. Very kind people.

I will not be a return customer. I bought a laptop and chose the free 1 day delivery. The third party delivery service they contracted stole my laptop which best buy store confirmed. They refused to replace my stolen equipment from the store and then had me buy a second laptop and have an additional $400 tied up until the second laptop is mailed and able to be returned to so i can keep my original pricing. Its clear best buy at the end of the day does not honor their customer nor stand by their mistakes theyd rather their customer take the loss. Theres very poor customer service and little team work to take accountability for their own problems. Theyd rather their customer deal with their mistakes than doing right to their paying customer. Ill always choose to spend my future money anywhere else so i dont have to deal with this headache (on going for two weeks and still not resolved)
