DON'T BUY A ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTOR OR SPEND MONEY AT THIS COMPANY:
I bought a brand new Google Pixel 8a exactly two months ago. When I was checking out, the worker checking me out convinced me to buy a $50 Zagg screen protector with the promise of lifetime replacements. All I needed to do was come back to the store to replace it at any time. Fast forward two months: I came in to replace the cheap protector that already had bad cracks from a small fall. A worker let me know that they are out of stock of that screen protector, won't order any more, and that there was nothing they can do for me. Another worker said I could order a replacement online with free shipping through Zagg. I was annoyed and felt scammed, but I shook the workers hand and went home to order my replacement. Not free shipping: $10 every time.
At this point I feel scammed. I wasn't going to buy that screen protector in the first place, but the worker convinced me by how amazing it is to just come by and get my screen replaced whenever I needed to. The quality was cheap as can be as well, identical to a $10 Walmart protector. I went back and I talked to the GM who was absolutely useless. All he could offer was $20 credit and hollow apologies, offering no explanation to me being scammed and misled by his employees. Why have a GM if he can't correct horrible interactions and correct the wrong doing of this company? I have no personal issues with the GM. That said, if you shop here, expect that the GM has no power to do anything to remedy errors on the company's part: he's just there as a face. I've spent over $1,000 in the past 4 years at this store, and I will not be returning to a Best Buy ever again after this interaction. Train your workers to not mislead and lie to your customers. Don't upsell on lies for the sake of profit. Terrible customer service experience. Don't trust anything those workers say.

The Geek Squad was impressive today. Very helpful, informative and professional.
Went in to look at a new computer. Spent 30 minutes walking around the computers. Not one sales person came over to help me. On the way out I stopped at the front door . Told the person there my issue. They didn't say any thing. Not even try to get help. BEST BUY OUR SERVICES SUCK.
