Idk, it's best buy, but things have changed. Enjoyed my little walk around the store, staff was friendly, picked up my online order. Did live coming across the purple rain special edition record.
Was quoted 30-99$ for a laptop evaluation depending on how long it took. Scheduled a appointment and figured everything was good to go. I was met with hassle. And no motivation to help without signing up for a best by membership. Otherwise there squad wasn't meant to deal or handle my problem

My less than 2 year old oven went out on 7/10. Best buy has now cancelled 2 in home appointments for repair and I have a plan. Supervisors failed to return calls regarding service and they are now saying 7/31. I live 40 miles from town and cannot cook. I doubt they will keep this appointment either. Very ANGRY customer.

Very helpful, I can go in there and get completely lost and confused about some products and things. I purchased a dash cam mini and I had to get the constant power harness and they didn’t carry the one for the dash cam mini, so I asked if they had any other brand of harness” knowing I could substitute it with any brand of harness. I did and it worked out great. Thanks again for your help and advice on this. I did it guys, but I don’t recommend anyone who doesn’t know what to do to try this.
