Walking into this best buy is such a positive experience. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful and conversational to the point I was able to discover new products I hadn't heard of but fit my needs perfectly.
SUPER awesome experience with the best buy crew, all of the staff were friendly, very very detailed oriented and knowledgeable and most importantly honest when asking questions about my new smart watch. They really did go above and beyond for me, highly recommend 👌, thanks again and until next time.
Even though there has been new employees over the years my experience at Best Buy hasn't changed. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure that you the customer is well informed about your product choice. Also their prices are reasonable as well as offering great tech support. It's a win win situation!!
Mr digglet at the customer service counter..... when someone asks you a question you respond with words not violently shaking your head back and forth as a professional means of communication. I have never disliked a bestbuy. But i wont shop here anymore There is some nice people in here and most are kind a helpful. But customer service counter has always been rude!!!!
