Absolutely awful experience. I called and a best buy rep walked me through setting up an appointment for a mirror dash cam with rear back up camera. I gave them the model of the dash cam and explained the features. The soonest appointment was in Pueblo (I'm in Colorado Springs) so I booked it for a week out. After waiting a week and driving all the way to Pueblo-- I arrived early and advised them I was early. After pulling the car into the bay I was told "oh this is a mirror cam, the appointment has the wrong sku so I can't finish in time". I was then told it takes an extra 15 minutes and would be double the price. He also (which I was already early enough for this) stated that it takes longer because he has to hook up the backup camera. This is something that would need to be done on any "dashcam with backup camera" anyway, which is what my appointment was for. They refused to do anything and the female in the store told me to call the main store manager and gave me the number for Stefan. Multiple times she told me she didn't understand why he was refusing to do the install. So I left a message explaining the situation with my phone number, but even now after 11 days-- there has been no call back from the main store manager Stefan. Truly horrible customer service and professionalism with no attempts to fix this or make it right.
I called ahead to make sure my old microwave would be accepted as part of the electronics recycling program. I was told it was so I drove over to bring it.
When I arrived I was told microwaves are not accepted...
Super frustrating! My time was wasted because their local number connected me to someone in India who clearly does not know anything about this location.

I saw the Geek Squad because I needed help with a new laptop. The associate was super helpful and solved my problem (that I struggled with for 2 days) in less than two minutes. I also learned a few good tips. Thank you Geek Squad!

You don’t get to call anyone to see if a specific product is available. Sends you to some call center. Do not shop here. If they’re go to is ordering it, might as well go to Amazon.
