Even though there has been new employees over the years my experience at Best Buy hasn't changed. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure that you the customer is well informed about your product choice. Also their prices are reasonable as well as offering great tech support. It's a win win situation!!

Mr digglet at the customer service counter..... when someone asks you a question you respond with words not violently shaking your head back and forth as a professional means of communication. I have never disliked a bestbuy. But i wont shop here anymore There is some nice people in here and most are kind a helpful. But customer service counter has always been rude!!!!

I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy in January 2025 and in Feb 2026 it stop working. On Best Buy recommendation I did buy the extended warranty for my dishwasher. I call Best Buy in April 2026 and set up appointment to get my dishwasher repaired. Wright Appliances sent out a technician and said the rinse aid was bad. Order a new part and the same technician installed the new part. I still have the same problem with the dishwasher. The technician from Wright Appliances said to me to spray cooking oil in my dishwasher and use the power soap for dishwasher. I called Wright Appliances and said the dishwasher still not working. Wright Appliances said that they could not do any more, (Go Pound Sand) But now after the technician worked on my dishwasher its now leaking rinse aid and water on the floor. So now I have a big paperweight in my kitchen because is still not working. But according Wright Appliances I do not know how to operate a dishwasher. I would like to know how many people spray cooking oil in there dishwasher. But trying to talk to a Person from Best But is a act of God. You must talk with a computer AI . And text and do email and pray to the God to talk with a person. My dishwasher is a 1 year and two months old and I paid a lot of money for it with the extended warranty. Best Buy had no problem taking money no computer AI or texting or email. So to sum it up my dishwasher is a 1 year and 2 months old and does not work And I did purchase the extended. But trying to get the problem solved with Best Buy and talked to a person was not part of the warranty. That is how great the warranty is with Best Buy.
