I purchased a 75" tv, wall mount, delivery ,5 yr warranty on tv and installation on Feb 15. To be done on Feb 25. I received 3 texts stating they would be here 12:30-4:30 pm on the 25th. The 25th has come and gone. I have received nothing ,my order ,a courtesy call, a text as to why they have not shown up. I have been to the store twice to get absoulty nothing resolved. Now they want me to set apt up for March 3. If this is how they do business do I believe they will show up the 3rd. No What if a problem with tv will they show up, call me to fix it. ABSOULTY NOT I AM CANCELING MY CREDIT CARD AND DOING ZERO BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY IN PUEBLO ,COLO

Went to purchase a TV. They did not have it in stock so we ordered it and they said it would be here in a few days and it could be delivered to the house so I chose that option. The day comes in my TV does not. They said that the lady marked it that I had picked it up at the store. The associates name was Haley H. Alexander( another associate)said that he knew that I did not get the TV and he tried to help me and he went above and beyond, but the manager would not work with me on anything other than telling me it would be another week. It’s funny how they don’t have any TVs that you would want in stock and it’s very shady how they mark that you took it when you didn’t. Be very careful at this store. It’s very frustrating.

If I could vote zero stars, I would. Ordered a small 3.5 mm jack cable on line, set it up for curb side pick up. I use this method, as I am beset with a myriad of diseases that make it very hard to go very far when walking. I arrive at the store and check in. I waited about 15 minutes before calling the store. No one in the store answers the phone, according to the person who answered. This person was overseas in a call center. I told them I needed to get someone in the store to bring out the order, and she told me I can just go into the store. I hung up and waited another 15 minutes, before I painfully shuffled into the store. Before I did that, I was out in my car cutting up my $10,000 limit Best Buy credit card. I get into the store, ask for the manager, and also inquired as to why I waited over 30 minutes for my 1 item. The fresh faced teenager, who seemed not to care, told me they were very busy. And to top it all off, the store manager also did not care, nor did he ever offer an apology. Guess what, Worst Buy? You lost a customer for life, and that $2000 fridge I was going to order now goes to Lowe's. Here's hoping your store closes down soon.
