Almost always buy online for different things for cost savings . Opted to purchase in store as an impulse buy. Post purchase had an issue with the product. Initial sales rep unknowledgeable and unwilling to resolve. Taylor Kasselman noticed my frustration and immediately stepped in and resolved the issue in a most favorable manner. Previously in life I had spent many thousands of dollars with BBuy and her simple handling of the matter resulted in keeping me a BBuy customer. I LITERALLY had made up up mind prior to her intervention that I would never come back. Nice job to the young lady Taylor

Came in here with problems to my phone and I ran into Ari. You guys struck gold when you found her she straightened out my phone she really knows her stuff then I was interested in Meadow glasses and then after I spoke with her I was even more interested she taught me how to use them
