I came in earlier today looking for a usb to usb cord for my computer and asked instead of spending forever looking for it. I asked a lady that worked there if they had it and her and she claimed it doesn't exist and I should shop online but probably won't find it. She was incredibly rude saying it which I didn't appreciate and kind of suspected she just didn't want to help me. I went to my car and found exactly what I was looking for on Amazon within seconds. I didn't catch her name but she has blue hair and a nose chain piercing with a star in the middle. I understand a job like that can grate on you, I've done it myself, but you don't need to take it out on a customer.

We purchased a Polaroid film on 02/12/2026 for my son’s new polaroid camera. The very next day, he used it and not a single photo printed. The entire pack was clearly defective.
We returned to the store on 02/14/2026 simply asking for an exchange. Instead of explaining the store’s policy in a professional manner, the manager, Nolan, immediately accused us of potentially switching the film and trying to return something that wasn’t theirs. That is a serious accusation. We are honest customers and did not deserve to be treated like scammers.
If the store considers Polaroid film non-returnable or perishable, that could have been explained respectfully. Instead, Nolan chose to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. A manager should know how to communicate policies without insulting customers.
Because of the way we were treated and falsely accused, we will not be returning to this store. Completely unacceptable customer service.
The staff was friendly and helpful and I found a power bank that I went in looking for.
Went in for help with my sons computer and got I belive his name was Tim from the geek squad. This guy was amazing, very helpful.
