I have never experienced such a profound amount of gaslighting and conflict avoidance from a company. Your phone AI is garbage and is so much worse than useless. My family has a serious need to speak on the phone to an actual human at the Pueblo location. We were connected with someone on Monday, but today we have been told multiple times that that is simply impossible, that connecting us to a human at the Pueblo location just isn’t an option.
It appears that your company has lost my wife’s laptop and is doing everything possible to keep from having to deal with it. It’s an absolutely shameful way to treat your customers. I will not be using your services again, and I will warn everyone I know against using them too. 0/10.

I went in for a laptop and phone sweep to check out potential virus and spam attacks with their geek squad. They were quite friendly and it was very fast. Their personnel registered all electronics we've purchased warranties on for the warranty for us when we bought them. Full customer service support. Love their service.

A a very nice young man, Kale, explained everything in terms this old lady does understand the tech world. I recommend ask for Kale when you go in.
Recently purchased a new washer and dryer. Kieran was awesome and made the purchase super easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the washers and dryers, but all appliances. It's like to thank him for making the process seamless, and having great customer service.
