How do I check product availability at the Pueblo Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Pueblo Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

Great customer service from Corey and Claudine they were extremely kind and helpful. When I had an order for pickup and went up to the counter and the person working was Hailey and she was extremely rude and condescending when I asked questions. But again Corey and Claudine were amazing!

Best Buy in Pueblo is TERRIBLE!!!!
Nobody wanted to help sell my wife and I a washer and dryer set. We were given excuses on why no sales employees were available. Meh... I witnessed numerous salespeople talking and joking amongst themselves. I called customer svc. They agreed that my experience was poor yet offered no solutions except to drive another 45 miles to another Best Buy.
So, I went to Lowes. Got a better deal on the same washer/dryer set... and REAL CUSTOMER SVC.

traveled to Pueblo to purchase a smart tv unpacked it noticed the screen was covered with finger prints. When we turned it on it is was half a tv screen and half static, not working at all. I think they sold us a returned broken tv. i am so upset we live 2 hours away and now we have to return it. How horrible to have to drive there and return a broken tv.
