How do I check product availability at the Pueblo Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

You cannot talk to anybody at this store over the phone don't bother calling this facility you only get to talk to a call center and then you end up wasting the money to go there to the store just to find out that they don't even have anything you need whenever it could be all solved if you could just talk to somebody over the phone from the store locally there call center is the only place that you'll be transferred whenever you call the number and the call center will not help you in any way form or fashion get you what you need I would not give this place a one-star it just won't let me leave a review without clicking on one star and the people from the call center very disrespectful and make sure that you feel unappreciated in every way and the corporate company does not care about their employees or customers that's exactly how this company continues to make me feel I've wasted hundreds of dollars having to travel to this store and never once found anything I needed and could have saved that money to have for important things like doctor's appointments instead of wasting so much time going to this store all because of the fact that I could not talk to somebody over the phone from the store just looking to see if they have a part for a computer and every time it's a complete circus show and you never get any real answers or any real help do not recommend this company to anyone for any reason go online go elsewhere quit wasting your money with this place and this company you will definitely save more money and you'll get better service and so many different places I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a $700 TV fro. Best Buy tv was trash, it would freeze and shut off at will many problems.worst of it all was horrible customer service! NEVER GOING BACK! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
