Best Buy Pueblo

I upgraded my phone a few weeks ago, and Ari helped me, she provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me. She explained the differences in iPhones. She helped me pick a case, pop socket, and screen protector. She applied the screen protector, put my magnetic pop socket on, and charged my phone!!!!! Say what???? I haven’t had that kind of customer service at this location while buying a phone in over a decade. She also helped me transfer all my data. The last time I bought a phone no one did any of this for me aside from explain phone options. No one put my screen protector on. When we bought my husbands phone no one offered to put the screen protector on either and the phone was almost dead…and we had to try to transfer all the data ourselves. Ari was humble and said she was just doing her job, no, she was amazing and did more than most would do, she deserves a raise or a bonus, this is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back. All the staff working there that night were super kind and helpful. This location finally has a good crew, if HQ or a regional manager is reading this please do something nice for your current crew, a pizza party or something, they deserve so much for being outstanding representatives of your company

Avoid this store! If you do purchase from Best Buy be sure to drive to Colorado Springs. Especially if you need the item delivered or installed rhe Geek squad guy that does installations for this location is horrible, unreliable, doesn't call back, doesn't answer his phone. Even the employees at this location say he is terrible.

Consumer electronics has gone downhill

Walking into this best buy is such a positive experience. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful and conversational to the point I was able to discover new products I hadn't heard of but fit my needs perfectly.
