Terrible customer service from manager Patrick. We tried to buy a TV they had and turns out it was out of stock which we understand happens. We asked for mgr to talk about options...he came over with the sales guy and just stood there. We had to ask if he was the manager and he said "yeah, what do you need?" The sales guy obviously told him before he came over what the situation was. Didn't offer any alternative TV's, didn't apologize, and made us feel like we were bothering him. We walked out and won't go back.

Help me make this make sense! I purchased a GE® ENERGY STAR 4.8 cu. ft. Capacity Smart Front Load ® Washer with UltraFresh Vent System with OdorBlock™ and Sanitize w/Oxi in May 2022. Now in December 2025 the machine stopped working. It has a 10-year warranty so I called GE for service. I was told I would have to pay a trip charge of $115. When the tech arrived, I was told that the 10-year warranty only applied to the motor. The motherboard had malfunctioned on my machine, not the motor. Now that would cost $360. The motherboard I purchased has a 5-year warranty and 30-day service warranty. Here is what makes no sense to me: If the motherboard has a 5-year warranty now that I have paid to replaced it, why did the original motherboard only last 3 years, not 5 years? Make this make sense
