How do I check product availability at the Westminster Best Buy?

Don't bring your Iphone here if you have Iphone issues. First off the book 3-4 people in the same time slot and are under staffed; plan on waiting almost an hour for anyone to see you. Even with iphone warranty they can't replace your phone and ideally just don't have the capacity to fix anything like the apple store can. Waste of time.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the device trade in program and on top of that the customer service I received was also not the best. I worked with at least 4 different people and each one just seemed annoyed and irritated to have to help me. Although they were able to resolve my issue, it was a frustrating experience and is deterring me from wanting to shop at this location again. The least they could do is provide decent customer service. I went to another Best Buy location and they were much more friendly and welcoming.

I dropped my laptop with the Genius Bar several weeks ago. I let them know I had a date in a few weeks when was going out of town and they said it would be done before I left. About a week before that date I tried to contact the store to check on the status and there is no way for customers to contact the Genius Bar or the store - there is only a corporate number. I left messages with the corporate number and was promised on multiple occasions that I would receive a call back. Several days later, I received a message from the Genius Bar that they couldn’t reach me and so they did not fix the laptop and I need to come pick it up. I have no missed calls or voicemails besides this latest message. I am at a loss for what to do because they have my laptop and say they want to be in touch but there is no way to contact them. Horrible customer service and I wouldn’t trust them with my expensive electronics again.
