Got an electric bike a year ago. With the warranty. Now The bike has stopped working and the geek squad was extremely helpful if getting it replaced quickly.

Why even buy the geek squad membership. For 200$ you can make an appointment and wait an hour every time whether you’re picking up or dropping off. Literally a waste of your time if you can pay to drop it anywhere else. This is only good if you have unlimited time to wait for them and the 1 poor guy who works there in the mornings. Anyways I wrote this after my third time coming and waiting an hour just to grab my computer for pickup. It’s funny watching every other employee pf Best Buy walk into the geek squad with their head down to make sure they don’t look at anyone Incase they need help…it’s ok bros we know only 1 person can do tech stuff at a time at Best Buy.
