We understand construction and being short staffed, but when I say excuse me sir and you don't even have the decency to acknowledge I am speaking to you I will go elsewhere.

Nobody really knows what's going on from electronics or anything, because I took my father-in-law's TV down there to be recycled. It was a 50 inch screen. TV, the guy in electronics told me, if I bring it in, take it back to the geek. Squad, and it should be free. The moment I came in the young lady at the door told me that it is not free to drop off any TV. For recycle endless, it's a Panasonic, so I really don't know what to believe, or who to believe, well, be sure to get everybody's name that you talk to. So maybe they have to follow through with what one person says versus the next person.

The guy at the door was rude and unprofessional. Made sassy comments when I was asking clarifying questions. And did not call the customer service representative to the desk when I asked him too
