Helpful and courteous employees
After running around to 2 other locations that supposedly had the TV we were looking for, we picked it up at this location. Got home to find that it had been previously opened. It was not sold as a previously opened unit. Missing cables and had the wrong remote, all parts bags were opened. Never buying a TV from them again.
Everyone always has an attitude when you return anything. I don't understand when you have a pro membership for 60 days and you go in to purchase and you are unsure about a product they gloat about being able to try anything for 60 days and return it if you don't like it. I returned 5 things and got MAJOR attitude from multiple people upfront. I have spent over $6000 in this store over the last 5 months getting gaming computer and smart devices and such to get attitude when I don't like something?
