Pick up desk wasn't any help but the guys in the TV area were very helpful, they pulled up my order called to the back and got the guy to pick it since it was supposed to be ready 2 hours earlier
I was very disappointed with the tech support at Best buy in Danbury. I purchased a new LG gram laptop computer and asked the text to transfer the data from another Windows computer that I was using. I told them the most important thing was to transfer my contacts information. For whatever reason, after spending 2 hours trying to do this, they gave up and said good luck. There's nothing we can do to transfer your contacts data. I give two stars because they were very nice, but not very helpful.

I just canceled my Best Buy contract. I was under the impression that Best Buy services Apple products. I went to geek squad with my Apple Watch, which needs a battery and I was told they no longer service Apple products. So what’s the point of being one of their members. I see that they still advertise that they are official Apple product service. So either the advertising is lying or the young man I spoke to there is lying. I was very irritated.
