Came here to drop off a laptop for repair, and was turned away as apparently changing credit card information takes over a day to update. I Dropped it off at a later date and when I got it back they had lost the charger, gave me a worse one and told me it was the same thing. Never trusting a squad of geeks again, 1/5.
