How do I check product availability at the Danbury Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

Went to this location around 8pm last week and the night crew from cashier to security guard were all hanging out and on their phone...not one person approached me to see if I needed help. I spend 10 minutes looking at the bose headphones ...ending up going to target and buying them there instead...please retrain the night crew
