Of course we did. We were two exhausted women who had been packing and preparing for weeks for a move across states. Kiki asked what we were looking for, and I said, “a printer.” She immediately offered to show us, but as we walked over, I started talking about our move and how we would eventually need a washer and dryer. In our tired state, it hadn’t even occurred to us that we could purchase them here and have them delivered to South Carolina. Kiki simply said, “you can buy it here and have it delivered there.” Done. With Kiki’s help, along with the Samsung and LG specialists, we reviewed the options and ultimately chose an LG set. It wasn’t a rushed decision. There were plenty of questions and thoughtful conversations along the way. Kiki was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Honestly, she saved us so much time and stress by helping us handle this now and arrange delivery for when we arrive. It made our lives so much easier.
