Passing through on my way to the Midwest, needed to do a return and they handled no problem, quick, no wait, clean store, seemed well stocked. Excellent selection on digital cameras on display.

Zero stars would better describe the experience of dealing with the Danbury Best Buy if you sign up for their Geek Squad services. I want my nearly $200 refunded as the Danbury store no longer offers repairs for the devices I purchased there and as a disabled person I can’t get to another Best Buy. If you attempt to talk with anyone at Danbury store you’ll be placed on hold and subjected to horrible music until someone over seas picks up and is polite but nearly impossible to understand. Steer clear of signing up with Geek Squad in Danbury BEST BUY!
