Had my equipment delivered to one address and the installation appointment to a different address and caused me to miss two days of work. My equipment is still in boxes in the living room. “I am sorry” is not good enough.1 star well earned.

Won't buy anything ever age in.
Bought a high-end Canon printer less than a year ago, the toner is stuck and wouldn't go it. Took it to Best Buy for help, they said nothing they can do.
No wonder they are closing stores every year
