We were at Best Buy in Danbury CT. today interested in an iPad. They were very short staffed for being the week of Black Friday sales. The woman at the front door greeting was not pleasant at all, no one was around to ask questions or offer help.
Finally a young girl named Kiki came over, she explained in detail the difference of iPads, she very helpful. She said she worked in Appliances . After we decided which one we wanted there was again no one in Electronics. I found Kiki again and she helped with the purchase. As far as we could tell she was the only one working and helping customers.
Staffs are friendly and all come up for help
Just left this location and it reminded why I never shop here. 30 employees on the floor and not a soul asked if I needed help and the person that did end up speaking with me had such a nasty know it all attitude. Find another job if this one makes you miserable
