They have a ton of staff and that is helpful in a world where I wander most stores looking for somebody to assist me without success. Despite this I've had to wait for pickup for longer than it should have taken due to what looks like basic disorganization behind the counter. Overall though much better than competition. The prices are very good and frequently the best in the market but not always and not in certain items so I always price shop them. The customer service is much better than the competitors. I like to support Mom and pops but when it comes to major appliances those places can't offer you near the level of service from the installation to the repair service. Best Buy is very good in this regard. They don't always have the premium brands but you can rest assured they'll make it right without the brain damage you'll have with Buzz's Appliance Shack should something go wrong. In a world where most big boxes seem to get it wrong, Best Buy understands how to compete and I appreciate that.

I purchased a $1356 refrigerator. They did not install the water line I bought with it. Also did not show me how to use it. I never had a refrigerator like this. They handed me the booklet and said see you later. They were supposed to go over how to use it. I will never buy from then again!! And I have to pay a plumber to hook up the water line. Very disappointed!!
