Today on Black Friday, I went to Best Buy to buy an Acer laptop. I asked a staff member about it, and he said he would get the model I wanted and told me to wait for a moment. After 20 minutes, he was busy chatting with new customers, and then he told me it was out of stock. Terrible service.

We were at Best Buy in Danbury CT. today interested in an iPad. They were very short staffed for being the week of Black Friday sales. The woman at the front door greeting was not pleasant at all, no one was around to ask questions or offer help. Finally a young girl named Kiki came over, she explained in detail the difference of iPads, she very helpful. She said she worked in Appliances . After we decided which one we wanted there was again no one in Electronics. I found Kiki again and she helped with the purchase. As far as we could tell she was the only one working and helping customers.
