I purchased a $1356 refrigerator. They did not install the water line I bought with it. Also did not show me how to use it. I never had a refrigerator like this. They handed me the booklet and said see you later. They were supposed to go over how to use it. I will never buy from then again!! And I have to pay a plumber to hook up the water line. Very disappointed!!

Horrible experience, when I checked in using the app to pick up my order there were around 6 employees around the checkout/pick up area, I had to wait with people who needed to return and when I asked why the pick up line was mixed with other services one of the employees said we’re helping whoever comes first regardless! And while waiting people started forming another line at pickup area! Very poor store management and customer service!

1 Star is TOO MANY , NO STARS is not an option. I am a LOYAL Best Buy Everything I buy is from them for decades. I have called customer service 4 times and reached India each time, no one has gotten back to me. BEST BUY DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, Total Tech doesn't mean anything either! Buyer Beware 👎🏻
