Best Buy no longer allows you to directly call them. You have to interact with an overseas call center for everything even when it doesn’t involve overseas help. Best Buy has turned into trash. They will be out of business soon!!!

Will avoid this store at all costs. Tried to buy new ear buds. Employees refused to take out display buds so I could look at them. How can you spend $250 without knowing what the ear buds look like? You can barely see what they look like in the display box…
