I was a Best Buy appliance customer until I had trouble with their lousy warranty service. I finally gave up, went to P.C Richards. I now only buy large appliances there as the pricing is competitive to Best Buy but the PCR in-house extended warranties are much better. My Samsung washer/ dryer started failing within a 10-year extended warranty. PCR issued full refunds that I used to purchase new Consumer Reports top rated LG appliances from PCR. I still like Best Buy for smaller items on sale. Just bought a new 85” TV from PCR where the Best Buy Black Friday price was the same $1795. PCR delivery and installation ($209) was rebated back to me. 5-year in house extended warranty price was reasonable and better than BB’s warranty.

Bad service. Tried to return my iPhone. Nobody knew how to process even though Best Buy app directs me to the store for return. Many folks tried with system but they ended up telling me they couldn’t do it and I had to go through mail. Showed zero empathy, no apology. Even team lead (Tyler?) just sent me away with no remorse. Need to learn basic customer service skills. A little apology and a little empathy goes a long way. Huge inconvenience and waste of my time.

Recently, I have had trouble finding the Soda Stream CO2 cartridges- with the pink top, and Best Buy carries them!
The service was friendly and polite. The associate swapped out my used cartridges for the full ones with ease.
