Great experience at Best Buy from North Haven. I wanna personally Thank the manager Bryan for helping me and my family such a great kind person super professional and very knowledgeable.
Horrible customer service experience in the returns sections. They accused me of opening my monitor despite it being new, returned the same day it arrived via post. With their only justification stemming from the tape on the corner of the box being unattached. Note that I ordered this product online and it very well could’ve stemmed from shipping between NYC and CT. Moreover the tape is labeled with the brand, do they really think I have readily available access to that? Well anyhow, they ended up opening the box and making the item open box themselves. No apologies from them either. BestBuy can kiss it with their not so know-it-all yet very much point dexterous customer return workers.

We wanted to buy a TV that was an open box and they basically wouldn’t let us. A new excuse every time we said something was fine. They kept pushing an Insignia TV on us. Not sure if they were saving the TV for themselves or getting extra commission for the Insignia. If the TV has a price and is available don’t tell the customer they can’t have it for reasons that don’t even make sense. We were fine with the fact it was a floor model but suddenly that was a problem. Just weird.
