Great customer service and if you have any needs they will ship the product to you. They have so much product there. If it's concerning Electronics you will find it there.

We went into Best Buy to purchase a new tv after doing a significant amount of our own research. We came across (Sherman I believe??) who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable on anything and everything TVs. He took us to “school” and answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us purchase the best TV for our needs. My partner and I left feeling so lucky we came across him!! get this man a raise he was wonderful!

Unfortunately, Best Buy, which I have spent thousands of dollars at over the years, has lost me as a customer.
I purchased Geek Certified earbuds (Beats), didn't work right, and returned to the store. Purchased another Geek Cert ear buds (Samsung), and the also didn't work.
Called customer support, after some back and forth was told to return to store, they would replace them, if they had Geek cert it would be them, if not a new pair would be given for the trouble.
The store staff said they would not honor it, I would need to pay the price difference. Showed them the chat messages from CS, they said no and walked away.
Elevated to customer service, and was told nothing they could do but refund the purchase. We have had a BB Visa for years, and it has now ended.
I think they have lost their way. Even for a big box, they always helped the customer. Not any more. From now on, I'll buy direct online from the OEM.
