Review for repair only. Needed an HP laptop repair. Unlike Apple stores, the Geeks only do software support. The queue was like a bakery but slower. Seemed to be oldsters looking for general software advise. Schedule a time on line, I went at 2PM. They suggested a local fix it store.

I swear they will hire anyone with a heartbeat. Can't even get an online order for pick up right. A matter of time these stores will start closing.
