I had a camera installed that I had brought in, they installed and because it wasn't bought through them they tried saying that (China)was the reason,absolutely a lie and if they are professional installers,most are similar and they had it facing towards the inside of the car,go to a small own business the service is much better and they don't have a non chalant attitude because you don't purchase from them,they even correct my camera and explained things never go to Best Buy for installation of anything you purchased from somewhere else because customer service will be absolutely horrible, I should've went with my first instinct.
