Went to Best Buy with 2 of my boys for a pokemon event today. The staff were fantastic and set up a really cool experience for the kids. My boys loved trading cards and building Pikachu figurines. The fact that there was pokemon things both for free (for the kids) and to buy at a store these days is a testament to the staff that ran the event. Would highly recommend this location and definitely recommend them and other locations running one of these events again in the future!

Every employee was on point. I like getting into a store and out as quickly as possible. And everyone there not only knew where everything was but they all were extremely knowledgeable in everything there.

Receiving can’t competently obtain packages from vendors. Instead of contacting customers they let orders sit in limbo rather than “working on getting it to you in a few days”- after 3 weeks it takes 2 hours on the phone to find out it was delivered and never processed in and since it’s been so long “it’d be pretty difficult for me to find it and I can’t get you a replacement” - 7-10 business days for a refund as well with not expedite options. Rough!
