Horrible experience, my wife and I recently purchased a sound bar for a TV from Best Buy. I was conned into buying this sound bar. It was never needed with the TV. When I went to return the sound bar, I was told I was too late to return. I was never told that there is a 30 day return policy. I was out of town for over a month. The sound bar box was never opened. Best Buy would not accommodate my return request. What Best Buy did do was force me to purchase a Best Buy membership for a cost of $29 that has a 60 day return policy as part of the card benefits. This Best Buy card purchase was an act of extortion by Best Buy to force me to buy in order to receive by refund. Lousy business practices, unconscionable behavior by Best Buy, I would not ever buy anything from this place again!

I called Best Buy to see if they have an item in stock that I want. I got connected to an agent that told me I have to go in store to figure that information out.
