Horrible service here. Takes forever to get items I want to buy. Everything is looked up and only one employee has a key. This place needs new leadership. How can you have employees that do not have access to the items you sell??

Horrible pick up experience….if I could 0 stars I would. I ordered two items online for pickup in 1 HOUR
2 & 1/2 hours go by and the only reason stated for the order not being fulfilled is “waiting for the payment to be verified” so I had to cancel the order while in store and purchase. Hmmm now I see why Best Buy is slowly going out of business.
