Don't buy here. Just order from Amazon. 3 full hours wasted waiting for 1-Hour Pickup of a family order. Best Buy is falling behind in every metric of consumer electronics.

I did an online order for a NEW iPhone 17 pro max case. When I got home and opened it, it was clearly a return. The fingerprints and stains on it, nasty. It was clearly a case someone returned. It had my pick up sticker on the back and obviously something of another sticker on the front. I don’t even live close to this Best Buy to return it. Highly disappointed.

Not the best customer service almost everyone is pissed about working there you can feel it from them being rude
