A tale of two experiences. Yesterday using the pickup feature easy peasy. After today’s experience it was clear my experience yesterday was only good because it didn’t require any meaningful interaction with your staff. Security guy at the door? Awesome. That you do all checkouts through customer service with no signage? And a condescending employee with a napoleon complex? Not awesome. Will definitely just do pick up to be in and out of that place quickly from now on. Or just get stuff through Amazon.
