If I could rate them a 0 I would. Would never recommend ordering an appliance to be delivered / installed by them. I spoke with Jeff Badger in dispatch who was extremely rude and unhelpful. His techs delivered my refrigerator and refused to take away my old one even though I paid for the service. Once my husband was able to get our fridge out by himself I called back to get the tech to come back to install the fridge and Jeff Badger refused to send anyone out and said I had to call back in 48hrs to schedule someone to come back NEXT WEEK. Meanwhile my fridge is not usable and we are without even though I paid additional money for the service. They then offered me a $20 gift card to the store as “reimbursement” for a service I paid well over $100 for. Would never shop with them again and would not recommend.

I actually went to the Geek Squad to service my computer. You have to be patient even if you have scheduled an appointment. Some people are still new to the computer age or they are a little older and need more help. But all in all they did their job and solved the problem. Great customer service and great technicians!
