Spent 30 min on the phone researching a price lower for a (2021) pioneer vsx-lx505 receiver.. he was patience and kind and trying to find a good solution for me.. i thought he was the sales manager or higher.. but his support help me by answering all my questions.. my only 4 stars less due too.. he did not call me back with a buy NOW PRICE.. i would have ! Adam was great ! Sorry best buy is not flexible to make a sell. For a True buying customer in 2026.. ! If Adam contact me with the price he has a buyer! Thanks for a good salesmen 2/18/2026

Love the person who assisted us, sorry name wasn't on receipt I would have given him a shout out! He was Amazing in helping getting a lab top for my daughter. Very helpful, knowledgeable & assisted in what's best for her college.

I actually received a fair response from the staff in an acceptable time. There were times they seemed understaffed. Note, it's extremely rare that a staff may approach you first. Whenever that happens, it's time for an applause 👏.
