Love the person who assisted us, sorry name wasn't on receipt I would have given him a shout out! He was Amazing in helping getting a lab top for my daughter. Very helpful, knowledgeable & assisted in what's best for her college.

I actually received a fair response from the staff in an acceptable time. There were times they seemed understaffed. Note, it's extremely rare that a staff may approach you first. Whenever that happens, it's time for an applause 👏.

I needed help on my husband's iPhone. Bought that brand as it's supposed to be good for blindness. But the technology seems wonky. I tried all the hints. So I go to Geek Squad, and wait maybe 10 mins. The person in front of me, is happy her laptop works again. I show him the iPhone. It's just a blank brick. No brightness no changes. But keeps telling the time. So he of this is easy. As I watch go thru the same hints, no luck. He says let me go in back and connect a keyboard. I say "you can connect a keyboard? He says yes. Comes back out, phone is now working properly. I said maybe I need to buy a keyboard! He says that didn't work on this one. He showed to slowly try to pull up the screen from the bottom. Works great.
According to Jason and Brian, Best Buy has implemented a new “policy” as of three weeks ago stating that activations cannot be completed after 7:00 PM on weekends. Brian, who did not have a name tag on, claimed to be a manager. This explanation appeared inconsistent and seemed to be used to avoid assisting us.
Despite this claim, we were ultimately assisted at 7:10 PM, which directly contradicts the alleged policy. The store also remained open until 9:00 PM, and we had been waiting since 6:55 PM.
If such a policy truly exists, it should be clearly posted or communicated to customers. Otherwise, providing misleading information to avoid helping customers is unacceptable. Additionally, the condition of the restrooms was poor and did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
