I called Best Buy to see if they have an item in stock that I want. I got connected to an agent that told me I have to go in store to figure that information out.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME AND KEEP LYING TO ME. Something has happened to Best Buy. They have lost their minds. I have used Best Buy for so many years! Both personally and for business. I have spent so much with them. We are a very great customer. We have Geek Squad forever, and now have their new, even higher end service. My husband and I sold our big house and bought and built a brand new condo. My husband and I went in to buy three new TVS for our new home. One pretty huge. All hell broke loose with it. All of a sudden it was going to take an inordinate amount of time to get to us. We have moved and it left us in a home with no TVS. WHEN I GOT WIND OF THE DELAY I WENT BACK IN TO ORDER A 4TH TV THAT WE DIDNT NEED TO COME SOONER. IT WAS ALL SET. THEN THE 4TH NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE 18TH. THEN I COULDN'T GET THROUGH TO THEM FOR DAYS AND COUNTLESS HOURS BECAUSE THEY ADDED AI THAT GETS YOU NO WHERE. WHEN I FINALLY COULD GET THROUGH ONE MANY OUT OF NORTH HAVEN TRIED TO HELP ME. HE ASSURED ME THE 4TH TV WAS COMING. I HAD TEXT AND EMAIL NOTICE THAT IT WAS COMING TODAY AND THAT I WOULD GET ANOTHER TEXT WITH THE SPECIFIC TIME FRAME. IT NEVER CAME. I CALLED ABOUT 50 TOMES AND THEY SAID IT WAS ALL BEING DELAYED INCONTINENT THE 4THBTV. THEY ALL HAD ATTITIDES AND SOME HUNG UP ON ME. EVEN WHEN I CALLED ESCALATION COUNTLESS TIMES THEY REFUSED YO DO ANYTHING, APOLOGIZED. REFUSED TOBGET ME OTHER TVS. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING PUNKED!!@

Walked in to get a pair of new iPhones. Walked into the department to 3 employees having a casual conversation. One made eye contact with me and immediately took out his phone. They continued talking while we circled the shelves around them looking for any phones on display. They quickly walked away without seeing if they could make a sale, and we continued walking around, clearly needing help. The AT&T assistant at the counter ended up asking if we needed help, and was very nice and helpful, and asked someone who walked up to the desk if he could help us.

Don't buy here. Just order from Amazon. 3 full hours wasted waiting for 1-Hour Pickup of a family order. Best Buy is falling behind in every metric of consumer electronics.
