This was my first time visiting this store. I didn't realize it was a mall and thought best but was a stand alone store. So going inside, I want sure which way to go, there a no signage, or at least none I saw. Another patron heading out with a TV, I figured they were probably shipping tm where i was headed, pointed me in the right direction to the upward escalators. The store is relatively smaller than I thought. But I was just there to exchange a faulty fitbit. I asked a gentleman standing at a podium type desk, and he directed me to the cashier. The cashier didn't seem to understand what I wanted (the watch was a free perk to me from my insurance company, delivered to me by best buy). There was another cashier nearby who helped her out. Teamwork makes the dream work! They sought have the specific model I was exchanging, so she or in an order and I'll pick it up Friday (I put the order in on a Wednesday) I'll report back with that experience.

Do not shop at this store or any Best Buy. I purchased a wifi booster to extend my wifi. I ca to the store #1067 in Trumbull, CT and spoke to Catherine, the manager, at 1:00 on 8-25-24. I needed to return the wifi booster because it did not work. I was told they would only give a store credit because it was outside the return policy, that I was not aware of and because I opened the product. I asked for a credit to my credit card but even cash. The refused! I explained I returned it when I did because the area had experienced two major unprecedented storms which k picked out the power for a week and the internet intermittently. I needed to keep it to try and see if it worked after the wifi was restored normally and the weather leveled out. This was a natural disaster that uprooted massive trees and totally wiped out power for over a week. The internet remains ed u stable until a few days ago where I could determine if the product worked. Catherine had no sympathy nor compromise for these extraction g circumstances. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION NOR BEST BUY!!!

Horrible! Unhelpful Noisy Alarm goes of unhinged None of the phones/tablets etc; are Awake(charged) to Check ! Too many employees Hanging out together,or meandering aimlessly Or, hide in corners Checking: Social Media This is a BLIGHT, 4Business !
