Geek Squad: I went in for a phone repair However, you’ll have no idea when it will be done or when the repair is completed because no one updates the tracker. I received a repair report two days after I had already picked up my phone. The process takes about two days, and no one answers the phone. Even when I called customer service, they couldn’t get through to the store. Extremely disappointing!

I paid for a washer dryer combination. When they arrived with my order I had to ask for the parts purchased with my order. Then I paid for a 3 year warrantee I was told I would be receiving the warrantee in my emails. This was a horrible experience. I could barely understand the person on the other end of the phone. Then she said she was unable to email it to me and had to transfer me to another department. So far I will be speaking with customer service for 90 minutes. Now I have to wait 2 hours to receive this warrantee in my email. I do not see me purchasing anything from Best Buy again. It's not worth the aggravation!!! Pay the extra money and go to HomeDepot or Loews.
