Incompetent and the worst service I have ever experienced. Mounted a tv 5 days ago, sold me the wrong sound bar then brought the correct soundbar but not the right bracket to mount it! Said repeatedly they would handle it and it would be fixed today. Now they are canceling today’s appointment because they still have not ordered the correct bracket. Oh, and each error costs more money on my part???? Will never use Best Buy or Geek squad again.
Fraud experience! One of the employers charge me 2 Samsung earbuds when I went with my son to buy a apple airbuds and a 1 Samsung... my tickets was showing 2 gifts cards when I NEVER received it. I returned to the store to the refund. After they check cameras they found out everything. Please be careful when you buy.... check always what they are charging to you. Really disgusting and bad experience.

Great place get you in and out fast
2 weeks, 2 motherboards, 7 trips and a nightmare of an experience that ultimately never got fixed. Only to have to pay more money and time to an actual computer shop after. Not capable of fixing any real issues or part swaps.
