This location appears to get a lot of business since it's in a prime location and the only Best Buy nearby. Unfortunately, corporate hasn't put the investment for building improvements or hiring adequate personnel. The people working there now are great and have a lot to handle. Grateful that my visit went well, and I hope others have a similar experience.

I had order a washer and dryer I I have not received it I order it in the beginning of September and I have not received it they’ll call you that is coming and it doesn’t come then they change the date and time and stop didn’t receive it so aggravated and it’s very annoying

I have bought my laptops, & printers from Best.Buy for the last several years. I brought my 3 yr old laptop in; was initially told that they could fix it; Then told it would have to be sent out, @ my expense; then told could NOT be fixed and I should just buy a NEW laptop; which I did; Made 3 trips to Trumbull. Like Dell & Max--but set expectations, lots of back & forth. I'm a "Member" -- Don't see the value in having a membership, at all. Was also told that The Geek Squad no longer makes home visits? The guys at the geek counter are sweet but really stressed out by the whole experience. Got my NEW laptop home, was told all data was transferred--can't get into anything??? Make matters worse, see a charge on my bank statements?? Thought Members were NOT charged for Geek in store services??? Now my stress is through the roof!! Disappointed by all of this.
