Gabe at the welcome desk provided the most amazing customer service and experience. I came in looking for an apartment size chest freezer. As soon as I told him what I needed he ran out back and brought it up front. He then helped load it in the back of my suv. Because it was on its side. He told me to leave it up right and plugged in for 24 hours before using.
I had just left lowes and home depot in Missoula and had bad experiences at both trying to purchase a freezer. Gabe has assured Best buy a family of customers for life. I can't speak highly enough of Gabe and the wonderful experience at best buy in Missoula Montana.

Customer service of the year goes to this location here✨🥂 . I was very very pleased and satisfied with my visit today upon receiving my pick-up orderrr !! During my time it was nothing but professional laughs, professional service, quick servicing time and for the most part very humorous workers . I’m not sure who I had the pleasure of working with but all 3 members were OUTSTANDING!!!! (One member, male has long blondish hair and was wearing cool grey 11 Jordan’s , another one was a Hispanic female with jet black hair & the security guard with dreaded style hair who was wearing the olive green Jordan 6s) needless to say they joked on me about picking up a 75” inch in my HONDA - Sport .🤣 .
