If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars, I would do so, the most terrible store, and especially delivery and customer service. My delivery is delayed for 10 days BBY01-807080564530 and not because I can’t pick it up, but because the delivery man cancels it every time. Due to the lack of parking, although during the day I have a lot of free space outside. He didn’t even come today, but canceled it right away. He wasn’t on my street. When I called him, he didn’t take calls every time, and when he answered, he talked rudely to me. I hate this store and its employees. They can’t help on the support line, I will never buy anything in this store again

Thank you for sharing your concerns with your delivery concerns. When setting up delivery's for orders online part of the rules on orders is that there needs to be a spot available for the delivery drivers with a safe area to load or unload. I can understand that when there is a lack of parking this may cause the delivery to be rescheduled. You can certainly reach out with concerns to any of our social media profiles for support.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly, but took forever to return an unopened electronic even with the receipt.
