I feel like they hooked me in the byproduct.Telling me that it would be there in two days after I told them I was leaving to go out of state to work and needed it by the third day. I feel like they do this often shame on them.I would have gone to another store and I definitely will from now on. It is the first time that I've used Best Buy in a very long while I think 6 years. And this was the reason why, last time too I bought a phone from them, and they made me drive all over the place to get it. When it broke and I had the insurance
Shame on you best buy every one.There's staples, and there is walmart and there's target, and there's other places that sell the devices that you need.

Terrible customer service
Nice store and has the plenty of stuff in stock including a good selection of open box items. Staff is also good but some times they try to push features like any other store.
I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy (Trumbull) thanks to John and his exceptional customer service.
John greeted me with a welcoming, upbeat energy that immediately made the experience comfortable and stress-free. He took the time to genuinely ask what I was looking for (a TV), how I planned to use it, and what kind of office space it would be in. It was a thoughtful conversation focused on finding the right fit.
John’s product knowledge was impressive. He carefully walked me through different options, explaining features in a way that was clear and detailed enough to help me make an informed decision. He was patient and thorough (even with my two little kids running around and jumping with excitement), ensuring the TV I selected was the right size, resolution, and functionality for a professional office setting.
