If was my first time here. Heard its a new Best Buy spot. Bunch of employees in the grand entrance was wild to see. 😳 I asked to see where the ps5 were at. One person told me by accessories, I couldnt find the ps5 displayed anywhere. And I was looking around and looking and looking and no display. If I don't ask, I would assume they dont have it. A guy helped me out and said the Ps5 are in the back. I'm like sir, I aint blind buying something. I don't play games, it was a gift for someone. I need to visually see it. He said you want to see the box? Yes, show me the box, the system displayed, something sir. The laptops are displayed, the TV's are displayed, like hellooooooo, display that ps5 in a bullet proof plastic or something 🙄. It was just a weird experience. Not sure if other Best Buys do this, but that ain't it for me. I got annoyed and left. I went to Walmart and they had a display with boxes available in a locked placement underneath. I immediately bought it right away. In conclusion, I ain't going back to this Best Buy, I'll take my money elsewhere.
