Best Buy Waterford

Do not go here to trade in anything. Brought in 3 laptops 1 was to be destroyed. The other 2 were either trade in’s or repairs. Went through the online trade in appraisal and was told $400 to $600 and the other was $300. When we got there said one was worth scrap because it would not turn on there but worked fine at home. The other was worth $100 tops, and when I asked to have it fixed $85 tops send out and thats not even part of the repair. Since those fell through we figured we would sell off 2 oled nintendo switches which Peter said he had no time to deal with and we would need an appointment when this is a drop in service. Will never do business with this Gamestop like establishment ever again. We will be selling the switches on marketplace instead and will bring the laptops elsewhere to an actual pro shop that can test a battery without an $85 upfront charge.

Devon at the front desk was absolutely amazing, I came in with a very complicated problem related to my phone that I had spent hours on and he was able to solve it for me. He was beyond accommodating and I am incredibly grateful for his help. Professional, kind, and intelligent. The kind of employee every industry longs for.
