Went there to pickup a an order I paid for 2.5 hours prior so I could just run in and grab the single item I ordered.
I was greeted by very unprofessional staff behind the counter a few young woman and particularly one with glasses who was outright rude to me. I waited at the counter for 45 minutes while they told me there was an error with my payment - mind you I had the paid receipt already and the actual issue was they were too lazy to get the box from the “warehouse”.
The manager came over to help after the woman didn’t want to assist me - he was supporting for the day and this wasn’t his store, likely why he totally ignored me and kneeled on the floor while he was”assisting” me. He proceeded to say nothing and walk away leaving me there at the counter waiting.
While the girl was having her very important conversation about text messages and such, I asked when I would get my item so I could leave to which she responded that there was an issue. I got very ticked off and told her I’m just grabbing this item off the shelf as I have a paid receipt to which she gave me even more attitude - then a security guard hands her the item that was on a cart 5 feet from where we were The Who time.
I never write reviews and I saw the thread on here where they didn’t you to their twitter and Facebook because they can’t be bothered to handle bad reviews on their Google page.
Let this be a warning - everything they sell is available on Amazon and usually at a better price. Hell I’ll wait for shipping just to avoid being treated like this.
Got to have money to spare
Zero stars for Best Buy Waterford. I have a long history of purchasing Zagg screen protectors for every iPhone that I have owned. Until recently when I went to the Waterford store and was greeted by a short bald man. I told him my screen protector needs a warranty and I would like to purchase two more for my family phones. My screen protector wasn’t in stock even though they show inventory. No problem. Then he goes on to tell me I will be charged $8 for him to put them on.
I go to Best Buy because I was always taken care of and they have never charged me in the past to install screen protectors. I pay extra for Zagg products because they have a lifetime warranty and I have exchanged many.
I plan not to ever return to this location or ever shop at Best Buy in the future.
Thank you little bald man, I learned how to install my own screen protectors from Amazon.

The greeters at the front were rude. Then 2 completely other employees ignored myself and another customer as we stood waiting while employees carried on a non-essential conversation simply ignoring our presence. We just stood there. I finally, politely, interrupted them. Then, I was told to go to the guy in front. One of the 2 I’d already dealt with. He was unhelpful, annoyed, and could not have cared less about selling a phone or anything else. How does one take a paycheck home while standing around doing nothing? Wow.
