I would like to give it a zero star, this department store charge me for charges Made by my ex, I instantly disputed the charges, they said because I’m not her that she could use my card and they’re not giving me the money back, after I talk to him to customer service on the phone with them, they ended up charging me for it again so now the $200 purchase is a $400 purchase, they were refusing to give me the money back. I’m going to have to take them to court, me and my ex separated over two years ago, I have completely different bank account information, we do not talk to this lady, Best Buy is standby and not giving me my money back. They are also not taking my card off of her account.

Went into best buy today to get a USB-C to lighting adapter for data and the supervisor working the laptop section told me there was no such thing, and that all the USB-C to lighting adapters were just for power. He was wrong and found what I needed elsewhere.

They didn’t honor a $5 price difference after placing the item in the wrong location. Awful customer service and complete waste of time. I’ll happily shop elsewhere. The item had nowhere else on the shelf it could have gone for the price they told me. Thanks best buy!
