Best Buy West Hartford

Decent selection and layout. There’s not a ton of staff but the customer service was great. Only issue is there is no where to sit if you’re waiting for help and no carts with a baby/toddler seat, although there is a spot in the parking lot that is designated for pregnant women and people with babies right next to the handicap spot in front.

I visited this Best Buy about a week ago and had a much better experience than at the Newington, CT location. My order for a tower had already been delayed for weeks, and when I called ahead I was told this store would honor the original price and hold one for me. When I arrived, the tower wasn’t set aside and the price had gone up by $300. Thankfully, the manager here (I believe his name was Joe) was extremely kind and did everything he could to help. He honored the original price and even took the time to call the other store to cancel my order, though he had a hard time with them. He was professional, patient, and genuinely tried to fix the situation. I gave four stars only because the order couldn’t be fully canceled, but Joe went above and beyond. He’s the reason I’d return to this location.

All interactions with the staff were excellent.
