If i can i would give is a zero, since November 25 ive been dealing with best buy trying to get a resolution not support or the support online is any help i was told by online support that I can get a brand new replacement of an excellent open box condition monitor I paid 679 for and came cracked then when i went to go do it i was asked to go get a open box or new one then i was told I had to pay the difference even tho i was told I was allowed to get a brand new one the bestbuy employee said i could probably get 100 back with price match and can come back on black Friday as I had to hurry to work i left then on black Friday they told me they cant do price matches i have to call online so i called online and was told i cant price match as it already that exact amount so not only i got lied to about price match but also lied to do it in the store and wasn't even supposed to pay the 157 price difference. Im still till this day dealing with online support and was told that I would have to go speak to a manager there at the bestbuy for a dispute it in person tho i might be wasting more gas and time for them to continue playing games with the 157 i was not needing to pay for to begin with i tried showing what support said and they ignored that. I do not recommend this bestbuy or there support. They do not hold themselves responsible for sending out damaged items and constantly lie to you about everything.

Bought ink for my printer got home after opening an realized it was the wrong one drove back an was told they don’t refund ink because it was open even though i just got it 20 min prior. Told them i don’t want money just exchange for the right one that was the same price they had to ask 3 people an a manager to finally just exchange it will never do business with best buy again ill just go to amazon
