My experience at Best Buy was excellent. I purchased a laptop and the staff were very helpful in guiding me through the options and answering my questions. The store is well organized, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. The checkout process was smooth, and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. This location is reliable for electronics and customer service.

Misleading Experience – Not the Same as the Website and as mentioned by online team:
I usually shop online at Best Buy, and the website is clean, straightforward, and easy to navigate — so I expected the in-store experience to match. Unfortunately, it didn’t.
The in-store service was confusing and felt completely disconnected from what’s promised online. For Items marked as pick up, staff either gave conflicting information or not having proper way to final deal. On top of that, pricing and product details weren’t always consistent with what I saw on the site.
It felt like the in-store team wasn’t on the same page as the online system, which made the whole visit frustrating and time-consuming. I came in expecting a smooth, tech-savvy experience, but ended up feeling misled.
If you’re relying on the website to plan an in-store visit — double-check everything. Otherwise, be prepared for a very different experience.
