Their inventory system seemed a bit challenged but the manager resolved the issue immediately. Their installers were also excellent.

Today was a bad experience at the branch. The customer service was terrible. I asked about an item and they refused to help me, telling me to find it myself. The new employees are useless when it comes to helping customers.

Went two days ago to look at iPhones but in order to do business with them you need AT&T or Verizon only for carrier. The women with short dreads i thought would be helpful but was a little rude, she says let me go talk to my boss and be back. After waiting for a while she never returned. Got disgusted and ended up walking out i do not recommend, save your money and go elsewhere.
