Completely unhelpful. Such a pain to deal with. I ordered an Apple Watch online, it was delivered by Door Dash for some reason? When I opened the package it was not an apple watch, but in fact a cheap pair of head phones. I attempted to return the item to the store, however the employees refused to help. They said the headphones were not a best buy item, and directed me to call customer service. I called customer service and they requested me to send back the apple watch (that I never received!) before they can issue a refund. What a mess. I have contacted my credit card company. I will never purchase anything at best buy again.

Customer service is always great here. If you're looking for something, someone will help you right away. Don't go to any main chain business looking for a good deal though. They sell just about anything electronic related that is mainstream, but you'll pay a good penny for it.
