At phone counter there is a lady I forget her name she is very helpful.
It took more then 1 hours to resolve my phones Internet problems.but she help me very nice and calm way. To switch all deta to replaced cell phone.
Great best buy will visit again.
The employees here are not helpful at all. Came here on 12/2024 to return a product that an employee here recommended incorrectly. The employee recommended the wrong charger for my camera, and when I came to return it, the store refused to accept it despite it ringing up. I didn't have the receipt or an account with Best Buy, so they said they couldn't accept the product despite it ringing up. They said they couldn't even give me store credit, which stores usually do for non-receipt returns. In addition, I also waited for a while in the camera section and no one was there. I then asked an employee if they could please get someone to help me in the camera section, and they said, "sure". I returned to the camera section, continued to wait, and wait , and yet again, no one showed up. I tried to go to Geek Squad, and all they said was to look up a new charger on Amazon... Would not come here again or recommend this location to anyone.
