Man attacked me and store clerks said it didn't happen one star got kicked out for annoying this snobby clerk they said the cameras show nothing from that time hmm you deleted it now dare you I'm seeing suing

Bought a Camera battery last week as the geek squad was unable to assist me with my camera since it wasn't bought from BestBuy. They don't assist on external bought cameras, So I figured the battery may have been the issue. It costed almost $70 from them. Before buying, I asked their cashier what the refund policy was for the item. They said I have 14 days to bring it back. Opened the box but essentially never used the item as I found out the battery was not the problem. I go to return it today to be told "It's been more than 14 days"... It's literally been 7 days as I bought the item on 10/28. He then says "sorry, I'm still waking up. What he failed to tell you at the time is we do not accept returns on batteries once the box is opened..." I kinda feel baited/scammed as I trusted their original word and will not be going back to BestBuy for anything. Lesson learned.
