Their Geek Squad staff is great. Sadly, the rest of the staff is comprised of the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever met, and they make it abundantly clear that they do not want to help you.
I went in to buy a new Elgato capture card, since mine is having issues. I was recommended to Best Buy by Elgato's customer support. The staff wouldn't let me even look over the product box to make sure it was what I needed before making a purchase. I ended up walking out, calling Elgato back, advising them of how their "partnered retailer" is treating their product sales, and then purchased directly through their site after their customer support did what Best Buy should have done in the first place.
