Went in about 20min ago to return a camera battery that won’t hold a charge and was told by the manager on duty that it was non-returnable and it doesn’t matter that the product is defective. I left the store and spoke with customer service online who verified that this is NOT Best Buy policy and that the defective item should have been accepted (chat screenshots attached). Please train your managers properly, this kind of thing is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. With this kind of service, I suspect we’ll be seeing the Chapter 11 filings soon enough.
EDIT: just successfully returned the battery at a different location with absolutely no issue. Just awful management at this particular location, I guess.
Go to get a new Xbox with my son, find the one that they have a good price on and multiple tags, advertising 349.99 brings tag to the register, gets told sorry you SOL and we can't order it. Bait and switch, they offered me the same one, but in a different color for almost 100 dollars more. They are a scam.
Surprisingly helpful. I do not like shipping online and they have a decent selection
It’s been a while since I’ve been into a physical Beat But location but re commend this one and will be back. I was impressed with the large selection of appliances and open box options for a bargain hunter like me, 2 things I didn’t expect. On top of that I had a small issue with an order I placed online and came to pick up, but “Big Kev” took great care of me and got me all squared away in a matter of minutes.
