They gave me the wrong 3D printer, they scanned my barcode, my license and the box. When I got home, I checked and it was the wrong 3D printer
Customer support is a joke, got transferred 5 times, they even blocked me after trying to call and resolve the issue. Spent the entire morning and they did not resolve my issue

I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy location! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed without any pressure to buy. Overall, a great shopping experience with a wide selection of products!
Wow I came into this store like a true lunatic with a broken computer & time sensitive assignment. From the greeting staff to the geek squad, they immediately offered me kindness, understanding, and patience. Joe (Geek Squad) rearranged his schedule, and I believe the other woman (Geek Squad) changed hers as well to accommodate me, even though I did not have an appointment. Solved my issue and my panic attack. THANK YOU 💕 They truly did not owe me this level of grace and understanding.
Great experience at the Simsbury Best Buy. Overall the store was more inviting and less pushy/desperate than another local store I was in. Also, sales reps were all great on my few trips in. Educational and helpful but also respectful of your space and decision. The sales rep Daeshaun was particularly great, if you're looking to buy a tv or other similar electronics, do yourself a favor and ask for him.
