My husband brought in his laptop to GeekSquad to get the files off of it as we had lost the charger. It was a Lenovo that he brought with him to a deployment. (Less than 10 y/o) There were documents and photos on there that were very important to him. Photos of friends that are no longer with us. Today when he picked up the usb and hard drive, we found that it was not his computer that was on the usb. The staff and management became very combative and accused my husband of being confused. There were files, all empty and the username was someone other than my husband. The lack of professionalism and empathy is astounding.
