Had an appointment set for 6:20 pm. Took me an entire hour to get to the store to repair my iPhone. When I got there they said their repair guy is leaving soon and that I can leave my personal phone I need for my job there overnight into the morning so it’s the first thing he works on in the morning. First of all their schedule was completely open and free so this dude must’ve been sitting around his entire shift. And second of all why would it let me book an appointment for that time knowing they couldn’t fix my phone within the same day. Wasted gas and 2 hours of my day for this bs

Genius Services - made appt a couple days in advance for iPhone screen repair but when I showed they had no more screens in stock. Seems like you should plan ahead for upcoming appts to make sure you have all the parts necessary. Waste of a trip, just book at a real Apple Store and save yourself a potential headache.
