Good service!! I came in and it was about 10 minutes to close. They still let me in and allowed me to take my time! Helped me pick something out! Overall amazing service!
It took too long to get my computer fixed.
I bought a home theatre system and relied on your salesperson, Wyatt Broadwater (out of the Philadelphia/Cristiana Delaware) region, to advise me on all the required equipment for a smooth installation; unfortunately, after Mr. Broadwater made the equipment sale, he never made an effort to reach out to me despite me leaving six messages. As a result of his lack of follow-up and follow-through, Best Buy now has to spend the money to send another installation team, and everyone has to take additional time to fix an utterly avoidable installation problem.

I bought a open box tv from christiana best buy. Terrible experience.. spent a long day to get uHaul to pick the item, the guys bubble wrapped the tv, without any remote, without tv stand and a big dent on its screen.. called customer service and was told that open box are store sale and even if its their fault they would not arrange pickup.. had to take another u haul to return.. overall lost hundreds dollars and a day.. so will never buy open box from best buy
