Had a horrible experience on Saturday March 22. Went in store after item I ordered for pick up, somehow went out of stock while on my way into store. I found a replacement laptop to buy, and the really small man, who “helped” me was so apathetic and monotone during the whole process, after I said I didn’t want the Best Buy membership since I’m already a card holder. This is why I always try to choose pick up in store, less miserable sales people to deal with. I won’t go back to this store, and possibly may cancel my credit card too.

Purchased an in stock appliance online with installation, received a confirmation and appointment by installer. The day of the installation, they literally showed up and said there was no gas dryer in their truck. So they came and picked up the electric dryer just to come back and return it a minute later. The visit was for zero purpose and we were told that there was no stock of the gas dryer despite the appointment CONFIRMING they had it in stock along with installation. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional.I After getting in contact with them about it, they pretty much said tough luck the soonest you can get this gas dryer is in 2 months. I don't recommend buying these appliances with them.

One of the worst, I've been to. There is no customer service whatsoever, they don't greet, they don't smile and I think some of them are racist too. I can tell that by the way, one of the employees looked at me. If you want better service or peace of mind, do not go here!
