Excellent service from Bestbuy staff. Ordered an in-store pickup and was greeted by Paul at the front entrance who helped me pick up my order in 5 minutes. Thank you Paul and Bestbuy staff for the seamless order pickup and going out of your way to help.
I came in looking for a MBP 16 and had questions. They did manage to help 2 others that came after me but then never came back to check on me. I thought I had to wait for someone not the opposite, me having to chase an employee. I their Credit card and a My Best Buy membership... guess this is the reason why people buy on Amazon instead.

Bought an expensive refrigerator in February for our kitchen. The previous refrigerator went to garage, which the installers dented & scratched the door badly. We placed a service call for needed repair. Nothing has happened for an email or telephone call to setup an appointment for repair, going on 3 months. I have called & called for service. No email and no call back! Horrible service!!!
