I picked this retailer over others because of the estimated delivery date, which was also quicker than the pickup at store option. Unfortunately, the items were delivered 4 days later than stated on their website. Also, they used FedEx which consistently delivers products late and about 20 feet from my front door. The box was minimally damaged.
We bought products worth over 1K, they didn’t even give us plastic bags worth 0.10$ thanks for nothing 🤦🏻
I am shocked that a store like Best Buy offers such awful costumer care. The only reason we still have physical stores is because of the costumer care experience. Employees of this Best Buy are rude and ignore you even after you have asked for help.
