Best Buy Christiana

I had a great experience at Best Buy in the Christiana Fashion Center in Newark, Delaware, thanks to David and the entire team. I came in looking for equipment for content creation and vlogging, and David took the time to walk me through my options, explain the differences between products, and answer my questions without making me feel pressured. What stood out most was how genuine and helpful he was. He wasn’t focused on making a sale—he was focused on helping me make the right decision. I also noticed how well the store operates as a team. When I walked in, the associate at the front communicated what I was looking for to the staff on the floor so they could better assist me. That level of communication and customer awareness is something you don’t see everywhere, and it made the experience feel organized and welcoming. The store was clean, well-maintained, and multiple employees checked to make sure I was finding what I needed. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. David provided exactly the kind of experience that keeps people coming back—knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, David, and thank you to the entire Best Buy team for making what could have been a simple shopping trip into such a positive experience.

I paid for a plan that cost me almost 200.00. And i've been there 4 times for help but my cellphone still unable to use the service. It's not good, not for me. You pay so much for a year. And you go no help, or if you do get help, it's once a year.So it's worthless, I would not get a contract. Poor judgment on my half.When this contract's up in october, i'm done

I was there for almost an hour and couldn't get any help. Not even one person asked me if I needed help.

My complaint Are the employee. There was an issue with my online order and they told me to come back in an hour so I came back in an hour, but they were closed so why would he tell me to come back an hour if they were just gonna be closed? I would appreciate employees who are just a little more caring and hopeful
