Felt really uncomfortable being here. I only had to get one thing for a customer because I was there for instacart. I did not ask for help, I knew what I getting and I knew where it was (also uncomfortable with asking, there is more employees than customers...)
I found what I was looking for. After looking around and waiting in the regular line, I noticed the instacart shopper line because they only had like two customers in front of me I asked a cashier if I needed to go into the "instacart line" he agreed.
As I was moving to that empty line I told them I'm not waiting any longer than I already have( they had three employees behind the register, two of them were helping customers) ... The guy available came over all angry and annoyed made an assumption that I needed iPads and that was not the case nor did I ever mention iPads. And then he goes off in a tangent about how many other shoppers usually buy 6 or 7 iPads at a time (isn't that the point to Best Buy, that's in the business of selling electronic devices).... I was only there for one thing and that one thing was in my hand and all I needed was someone to check me out so that I can deliver it.... Weird way to greet and assist shoppers especially instacart shoppers.
