Best Buy was excellent and very good but I went there they were remodeling Best Buy I went to Best Buy Newark in Christiana recently and they were remodeling I couldn't even try their gaming computers they had no Internet I was a little bit disappointed but okay I went to this Best Buy location in Newark before and it was excellent computers were working before a lot of stuff but now this Best Buy location is remodeling and I was a little bit disappointed that their computers were not working it had no Internet all of them but it's okay but I was disappointed a little bit but excellent overall great Best Buy location I went there before and their stuff was excellent I tried computers there before 2 months ago and gaming things even TVs to see and look but still overall great Best Buy location would recommend but a little bit disappointed that Best Buy were remodeling and no Internet on computers but I went to this location here before 2 months ago it was great but still overall excellent would recommend 5/5

Horrible customer service from the reps in store, the geek squad, and home services department. I placed an order for a refrigerator more than a week ago. And on the delivery date the order never showed up after I waited for 6 hours. Since then I have called and tried to ask to reschedule my order with atleast 15 different representatives and no one is able to assist. Best Buy seems to have extremely incompetent staff on the phone and at the store. I am NEVER ordering here again, it’s ridiculous.
