On February 20, 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM, I had an uncomfortable experience at your store. An employee working the checkout counter at the time was not wearing a visible name tag. When asked, he stated his name was Ivan.
During my visit, a customer was purchasing what appeared to be nearly 100 new Apple Watches, which created a noticeable and unusual situation in the store. When questions were raised about a behind the counter product and what was happening with the iWatches, the employee responded in a manner that felt rude and condescending.
The interaction made the environment uncomfortable, and I left feeling uneasy about the experience. I am sharing this feedback so management can review the situation and ensure professionalism and transparency in customer interactions going forward.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

AT&T told me to go there for a virus wipe on my phone. The young man had it done in about 2 minutes. Very professional.
