Looking for a computer monitor…staffwas very helpful!

I drove here to buy headphones they said were in stock. They were not in stock and no one could be bothered to help me. I was told they probably got stolen. This store sucks

Huge shoutout to a greeter and cashier at Newark Christiana Best Buy (August 22nd). I came in with my sick, restless child, desperate to make a quick purchase. Both employees stepped in with immense patience, remarkable speed, and incredible kindness. They handled my purchase efficiently so I could get my child home, without making me feel rushed or self-conscious. Exemplary customer service—thank you both so much!

Good evening Google Family. I visited this location of Best Buy because I had an old charger that I wanted to be recycled. I drove to Christiana, Delaware and I wanted to patronize the Christiana Mall because I need a dress for my cousin's wedding and some shoes. Paul was the nice young man who greeted me at the door and asked how can he help me? I told Paul that I just wished to recycle my old charger and Paul said that he would take care of it. I wanted to do it so I asked Paul what should I do? Paul told me to take it to Customer Service and they would take care of it. That was simple enough. So I waited in line and then my turn came. It was fast, I was not waiting in line long. Then I was called to the front of the line and I told the young man that I wanted my charger recycled and the young man said he would take care of it. I was happy and I said thank you.. I am used to placing recycled products in the drop out bin that Best Buy has in front of the store. Paul said that they do not do that anymore. I explained that the Best Buy on Baltimore Pike in Philly has a recycle disposable bin. Then I saw the rest room and I was happy that it was clean. It was equipped with soap and a dryer. I had a good experience here today. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. Good night.
