Group of younger people over in computers were annoyed I asked for help along with being argumentative when I asked about a price match. They didn’t honor it and waisted both my time and gas. As well as speaking in a another language as if they were talking about me because when I said something they were shocked. Very disappointed with the experience and the way I was treated at this location.

I was recently in the store needing some help and Justin Tuder , who is part of the Geek Squad, provided an outstanding service and support while helping me figure out a download.
I strongly recommend the services of the Geek Squad as part of the shopping experience in Best Buy.
If I could give a minus 5, I would. Bought a $3500 TV (on sale), it got delivered and didn’t work. Paid for install and customer service is terrible. You can’t get in touch with anyone. You spent hours on the phone. No one at the store picks up. Don’t waste your money at Best Buy. Go to a place that cares about their customers.
