Very just ok.

Best Buy’s Price Match Guarantee failed me after hours of wasted time. I drove about an hour each way to this Delaware store to buy a MacBook Pro. A young associate named London was very helpful, and some staff were professional, but two others were completely unprofessional. My payment problem was not caused by the store. My bank confirmed that Google Pay/Apple Pay security blocked the transaction, and advised me to pay directly with the card instead. The bigger problem came afterward. Best Buy customer service had already approved a $3,499.99 price match against Micro Center and sent me the discounted purchase link. I had to step away for a meeting before completing payment. When I returned, the link had expired. Instead of simply reissuing the already-approved price match, Best Buy sent me through multiple representatives, including Nathan and finally supervisor Shannon Hernandez, and ultimately refused to honor the same price. I was sent from online support to the store, then from the store back to online support. After hours of wasted time, I was effectively told to pay hundreds more. I do not know whether this violates any law, but I do know that a “Price Match Guarantee” means very little if Best Buy approves the match, sends the purchase link, and then refuses to honor it shortly afterward while the competitor price is still live. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Best Buy for any major purchase where price matching matters.

Really expensive

This place sucks.. everything seems like it gets more expensive everyday for the same stuff... 95 workers in there walking around but God forbid if u get help with something.. their answer is always this isn't my department ill get someone for you.. I stopped goin to this one
