After years of private and business purchases with Best Buy - they lost my business today due to their rigid return policy. Sure you can follow your policy (created to upsell their new member level no doubt) but I will gladly take my shopping elsewhere.

Workers were kind and this branch had everything I was looking for during my visit!

Even though they had what I needed. The tv salesman’s needs a lot of work on their customer service skills. They respond in such a nonchalant tone and act like you are suppose to know the answer already regarding their tv’s. Also, as a woman, if I say I’m taking the tv home today, why do I need to ask if someone can at least bring it outside??? That should have been offered instantly without having to ask.
