I have not been in a Best Buys in about one year. Was impressed with how well laid out store was, solid merchandise displays, good stock levels and friendly associates.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Junior J. His extensive knowledge and professionalism made it easy for me to find exactly what I needed. He was patient, passionate about his work, and exceptionally helpful in guiding me through my choices. I am truly grateful for his assistance and outstanding customer service.
This place is garbage. Tried placing an online order for pickup multiple times. First time, an hour after placing the order, they cancelled for no reason. Told me to call my bank. Bank said there was no issue on their end. Placed another order. Canceled within minutes. Best Buy customer service said there’s a fraud alert (even though I verified with bank there was no fraud) and he said only option was to come to the store. What a joke. Apparently they do this a lot. How are you still in business turning down $800 purchases for no reason?
