This review is for Best Buy, Wilmington DE location. I purchased a new Samsung phone here a week ago. I want to thank Elijah, and his trainee Ricardo. They gave excellent customer service. They transferred everything from old cell, to new cell with Verizon. I had wanted to switch from an old Verizon legacy plan to a new plan. They helped me decide on a newer, cheaper plan and did the switch for me. Helped me with new cell phone case purchase and installed Zagg screen protector on new phone. Best service ever! I will be back here for any cell phone purchases in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks again!
