I miss the old Best Buy experience. Do not like the feel of the new layout. It's too much like a department store. Too many departments, no one knows anything, have to beg for help and wait for someone from that section. No one monitors the check out either.
It's just about the only electronics retailer left. The staff is generally knowledgeable.
It’s better than the best
Wish I could give a no star review. Purchased a MacBook Air and went to pick it up 6 hours later. Spent over an hour waiting for the order to be fulfilled and they finally came out and said that there was an issue with the order and I could not pick it up and for me to reorder it. I went back in 50 minutes later to find out my order was canceled for fraud. Best Buy customer support did not do much help for me either. They wanted me to buy a third MacBook Air. 3 hours of my life wasted. This experience will take me a while to go back to a BestBuy.
