One of the worst experiences I've had at a Best Buy to date. Bought an open box which was supposed to include a remote control because it's a necessary item in the operation of the product I purchased. Upon driving nearly 50 miles down because they're the only store that had one in stock in my area I picked it up and realized it didn't have the remote which is needed to operate the unit. The store manager went on to share how it's not necessary and therefore was up to me to replace. I showed him the open box policy for this level of open box I paid for which should require all working items to be included. It didn't matter, he wasn't helpful. I proceeded to call Customer Service after an hour on the phone with them and they're stupid AI prompts - finally got a live person who put me in touch with premium support. Said they'd be in touch with within 48 hours. Two weeks later I call back after no update and find out that I can return it back to the store where they can help me. This company is so messed up. Right hand and left hand don't talk. Will never prefer this retailer going forward. I have better luck with AMAZON. Oh and I bought the $8.99 replacement remote from Amazon. Sorry BB you're no longer relevant or helpful.
