Had a great experience at Best Buy picking out a new TV and sound system for my new apartment. Huge thanks to Austin, the LG Specialist, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I walked in thinking Samsung, but after talking through my needs, and looking at all options, I left with a Sony, and couldn’t be happier! Austin really helped simplify the decision-making process.
