Good service clean and very friendly
I like Best Buy. My issue is that I just don’t understand how you allow the ATT vendors to track down customers who are shopping in the isles to switch over. I understand they’re in sales and have to pitch this to customers but it’s a bit much and ruins the buying experience. I told the representative I wasn’t interested and he proceeded to ask me who I had as a carrier. Then a lady asked me if I was approached by someone with a blue shirt, about their deals. Like? Matter of fact, yes, they did approach me and it was annoying enough. I don’t like to be bothered when I am in my own world minding my own business. This is not a good way to close sales unless the person is actually interested or good overall look for Best Buy as the store.
Also, if I EVER wanted to leave my current carrier, I know better than to let a VENDOR/Franchise ATT close me.
First off they have a dumb AI robot answering the phone making it difficult to reach someone. I ordered a new fridge with haul away service of my old fridge. Ordered, paid and scheduled, no problem. As soon as the delivery team arrives they tell me they cannot haul away the old fridge because there is no space in their truck. Not my problem! This should have been figured out before they even arrived at my home. They tell me to call customer service to get them to come out the next day. I do and they cannot even help me because the service hasn't been closed in the system and they can't override it. What kind of garbage is that?! I had to wait until the next day to call. Again long wait times and trying to get around the AI robot. They make no apologies for the inconvenience and tell me again they can't pick it up until the following day. Now this fridge will sit outside in my driveway for two days, not to mention the original delivery team placed half of it on the grass! Incompetent people all around. And the ones that answer the phone can't even speak proper English.

Mike is the man. This store has always treated me well. I showed up a little past time of closing but still took care of me, cant say enough great things. Great job best buy
