I didn’t get his name but I’m glad didn’t spend a dime in here. from the moment I walked through the door one of the guys asked me if I was looking for something I told him I’m just browsing with my mom. He continued to follow me and then stepped away to help someone else, I finally ask A DIFFERENT WORKER for help and the 1st guy comes over and basically tells the guy to leave I saw them first. I didn’t like the energy and walked towards the food then start shouting about products and sales as I’m walking out the door. EWWW. Idk if they make commissions of sales or not but he needs to find something else to do at Best Buy. Maybe cashier. Don’t follow me around the store and yelling to get me to buy stuff as I’m walking out the door.
Adam at Best Buy was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped my girlfriend and me find a dishwasher, fridge, and stove that fit our budget perfectly without ever making us feel pressured or trying to upsell us. He actually listened to what we needed and made sure we stayed within our price range while still getting quality appliances. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone in sales who feels trustworthy and focused on helping instead of just making a sale. We really appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Adam if you shop at Best Buy!
