Scheduling a delivery between 7 AM and 7 PM sounds simple, but they say they will call the day before, and they never do. You check the app and suddenly the delivery is canceled without any email, text, or explanation. If I didn’t call them myself, I would have no idea what was happening.
Prices are the same everywhere, so do yourself a favor and buy from another store. Don’t give your money to a company that forgets its customers and can’t even communicate properly. Very disappointing experience.

Every time I come here, I never get any help. I ask for someone to help me with purchases and they always say they’ll send someone but never do. Whenever I follow up and ask if anyone is coming, it’s always “busy” but I see other people getting help.

I had to return a MacBook Air because it came out of the box with a small cosmetic defect in the aluminum next to the keyboard. I fully expected them to give me a hard time about it and accuse me causing it. She just said “okay, I’ll grab you a new one.” Surprised it was so easy.
