I went in to buy a Boost Mobile sim card for my phone at the Altamonte store in Florida. No Best Buy empoyees were available, so when I went up to the service counter the Samsung rep was the only tech savvy person there. He insisted the card was correct (it wasn't). Turns out Best Buy doesn't sell the Boost card I need. Hope I can return it.
