Every other check out employee was nice but the old white guy with white hair that was working as a greeter talked to me like I was 5 years old. He was rude and standoffishness and made my experience the moment I walked into the store really frustrating and demeaning. Everyone else was pleasant! Move the old guy into a different position or something!!

I went to one of Best Buy's locations early this morning and I was very disappointed because the sales people are rude and not helpful at all.
I have purchased anything from Best Buy's over the past years so I decided to go to the Altamonte Springs location.
I want to brag on not only the management but one of their sales people her name is Abby has been there more than 10 years and is a great asset for Best Buy. I was able to complete the purchase with no problems and Abby helped in many ways.
If you're looking for someone that will treat you like a person and not a number someone who actually cares while they or their serving you go to the Altamonte Springs Best Buy. Their staff and management are number one.

I came in to get a new iPhone. Verizon is my carrier and the sales lady was trying to get me to switch to AT&T. I told her I wasn’t interested. I still had to listen to her entire sales speech and at the end of it I told her I still wasn’t switching and she said OK well, I’m here until six If you change your mind, and she walked away from me. So I guess I can’t buy a new phone from Best Buy unless I switch my carrier to AT&T.
