Sometimes people take their jobs too seriously and sometimes they don’t want to be at work but Janessa, let me tell you, she was super helpful and easy to work with. Answered all my questions and made the whole experience wonderful. Definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back.
I was also checking out the meta ray bans. Antonio from the meta team knows his stuff, was straight up about everything, and actually took the time to understand what we needed instead of trying to sell a generic package. Professional start to finish, go and ask for him, you won’t regret it.
The return line is out of control with only one rep trying to handle it all. Add in that people are trading in devices (in the same return line) and that makes a bad experience even worse. I have started to avoid the in-store experience at all costs. The "big box" difference vs Amazon has to focus on the customer experience. Otherwise, it's just easier to click BUY NOW and avoid the frustration of a store that is trying to operate on minimal staff.
