This review is mainly about the Geek Squad in this branch.
I have a membership which did not get me any service from Thomas, who is arrogant and lies, and Kyle, who knows about computers and Internet less than me. Victoria and Robert were good enough but you never know when they will be there. I complained in writing when they asked for feedback and nobody contacted me. I went again and talked to the general manager of the store, who told me that Mike, the Geek Squad manager, would reach out that week. That was two months ago. They told me they refunded my membership the day after I signed, but all they did was give me a receipt of the paid fee. That was also Kyle.
I would not trust a rotary phone to these people.
Upon walking in the guy up front told us that someone would meet us in car stereo and audio after waiting for over a hour no one showed up to assist us and when someone did they promised to send us someone to assist because they were leaving for the day definitely not the service we received back in the day we have only done business with Best Buy when it comes to all of our car stereo and audio purchases and installation
Friendly but when you ask the guy trying to sell you a laptop if he has anything with a ryzen 470 and he asks if thats a processor or a graphics card I said never mind and walked away. I get that its new and not many manufacturers have built laptops yet but a guy thats selling computers as a job should know what he is selling.
I got my fridge from here and it’s wonderful! It has a beverage center inside and automatically refills the water container when it gets empty.
