Do NOT ORDER DELIVERY & HOME INSTALLATION
If you’re looking for an electronics store to just walk in and buy something and walk out, this place is pretty good. The store employees are friendly, the store is neat, etc. Totally fine retail location.
However - DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. Especially not their installation services, unless you enjoy getting gouged on prices - I don’t know your likes and dislikes, maybe you’re into that. But their larger corporate system for delivery and installation DOES NOT CARE about you and your experience.
After two deliveries where I have updated and filled out every field they showed to me, they have tried to deliver my new tv to my old address BOTH TIMES in two years. After the first time, I called, laid it all out, updated everything in my account I physically could, and they swore it was all set - until I just ordered again this week, and they tried it AGAIN.
They also mounted my TV today, but they covered the Ethernet and primary HDMI ports with the tv mount connection plate to the TV, and wouldn’t even let me try to connect anything to it before they left. When I called to alert them to the issue after the installers left, I was basically told the basic service only covers installing the mount to the wall, the tv to the mount, and making sure it turns on when it’s plugged in, and that if I wanted anything else, I would have to pay $100 for their “premium mounting service” to fix a problem that, again, THEY CAUSED.
Tl;dr version - need to run in and buy something fast? Great. Getting delivery and home installation? BOOOOOO. Thank you.

Love this best buy. Come here every week for cards and games. Staff is super kind and helpful with everything. Huge shoutout to Asher and Juan for keeping everything organized!

Had a warranty for a phone screen cover through best buy. Went to get it honored as the cover broke and they had none in stock. No big deal they can order it in right? Nope they require you to turn over the screen protector before they will order it leaving your screen potentially to break OR be told they order you one, you pay 50 dollars, then you refund it and do the exhange. What they don't tell you is that the only refund option is store credit so they still get your money and just rob you if you want their warranty to be honored. I hope the 50 dollars was worth me never spending another cent in any best buy again.
