Unfortunately as an employee in a different geek squad I cant do the 5 star survey system, but if I could I would give it a 5. Kyle and Taylor in geek squad took great care of my grandpa and were very patient with him. I didnt have my tools with me so we took his PC into geek squad where he lives in Altamonte, and your store runs a great precinct. Hope this reaches the leaders.

I went to this Best Buy to look at a few TVs I had been considering online. A sales rep named Blair came up and asked me if I wanted help. I am often hesitant to accept help in these settings as a young woman because I feel I am often talked down to or oversold.
Blair was amazing! He was incredibly kind and helpful. He took a look at the TVs I was considering and provided me honest and justified opinions based on his expertise. He also directed me to a TV that was comparable in price but more suited to what I was looking for.
He thoroughly explained the differences in the various models and brands. He answered all of my questions without judgement and ultimately directed me to the TV I decided to purchase a few days later.
I’ve only had the tv for a few days but, so far, I love it! It was exactly what I was looking for near the price range I wanted.
I am so grateful to Blair for his insight, honesty, kindness and also for leaving me alone to consider it without any aggressive sales tactics. I would never have considered this tv without his advisement and it’s a much better fit than the ones I found with my own research.
I definitely recommend this Best Buy and speaking to the reps if you have any questions. I hope all are as helpful as Blair.
