Got the one item I ordered. But for some reason they canceled my other items. And when I used their support system it really didn't know what to do. So I left a note or message and never got a return call or message.

Not sure why/how these places are still in business. The benefit is supposed to be able to actually see/handle the product. Cameras are on mounts that are fixed to the display stand so you can’t even hold the product. Also labels for products that they “don’t have”, although there was one in the security case, but refused to sell it to me because the discount label was too far below the label in the security case. Same product. Place is a joke. Just thought I would stop by and get the product quicker than Amazon. Still better to order online.

Due to my AC unit malfunctioning, I had to purchase a portable AC unit from this Best Buy location. Within 5 mins, an employee named Rylee hopped on a forklift, brought the AC unit to the floor, and carried it to a register without breaking a sweat. At the register she assisted with updating my best buy profile and answered all my questions. 100/10 experience and would pay to watch that again. Huge shoutout to Rylee for making a stressful situation so much easier!
