I purchased a printer cartridge for an HP printer at this location for around $90. I replaced it in my printer and the "magenta" color would not read as full or replaced with a new cartridge. I take pictures of the error message on my printer screen and take the cartridges to my closest Best buy location and was told I can have the store manager at the location I originally purchased the ink at to exchange for a new one. Mind you this was 8 days prior to the 14 day receipt of purchase. Go back to altamonte and was told I can't get it exchanged due to it being opened.. The product is faulty, how am I supposed to assume the next box I purchase won't do the same. Poor customer service resolution

I went in to buy a Boost Mobile sim card for my phone at the Altamonte store in Florida. No Best Buy empoyees were available, so when I went up to the service counter the Samsung rep was the only tech savvy person there. He insisted the card was correct (it wasn't). Turns out Best Buy doesn't sell the Boost card I need. Hope I can return it.
