Awesome experience! Greeter with the yellow bow tie was great. He directed me to the right area. Sales associate got me the right product easily and quickly and answers questions. Cashier was efficient and friendly. In world of marginal to poor service you were all awesome.

Beware if you buy a refurbished Apple series 10 watch from Best Buy Altamonte Springs Fl because it stoped working after 2 months 9 days of use.Went to there geek squad dept on 7/31/26 to see if the what they could do to replace it and told me to contact this CCR Warranty team so i call on 8/3/26 and the gentleman told me they have no records on the watch and can't help me and since I bought using Affirm I guess I have to keep paying a $ 246.09 balance on a broken watch!!!!!!!! 😔 8/62026 update bottom line if you buy a refurbished product from this company unless you pay for extended warranty your SOL

Had an excellent experience with Gabe in the TV department. We are two old ladies who haven't bought a TV in 15-20 years. We were still connected to cable and hadn't even thought about cutting the cord. Our TV died recently. Where to go? What do all of the weird letters stand for? ...and what do they mean? Surely there is something called streaming that must be cheaper than cable. Gabe took all of the mystery out of it, explained the strange new language so that we could understand it and assured us we could easily learn how to get a much better television experience. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and patient. The last time I was in a Best Buy I walked out in total frustration but this was totally the opposite. Gabe is a credit to your store and an excellent example of how an employee should interact with customers. Especially if they don't know what they want or understand the rapidly changing world of electronics. One of the worst things about getting old is you become invisible but Gabe didn't ignore us he came right up to us with a bright smile and ask how he could help us ladies, ...and he did just that.
