They were closing but the rep still helped me and my wife find a good computer for our business and he explained the reason it was the right computer. They closed the gates right after we waked out. And the rep had his family outside waiting for him to take him home. That's was very much appreciated.

horrible service on delivery.. called 3 different people to find out why i was not getting the delivery on the scheduled day.. and i can only assume - all 3 people we in a call center not based in the USA.. and all 3 gave me different stories.. the truck broke down.. the TV you paid for a 2week ago and was is stock that day.. is now not in stock.. and ooo looks like you cancelled you were the person that called to cancel....ill never purchase here again.. call brandsmart.. real people that help and you can call a person at the store for customer service .. and they will beat Best Buys pricing..
