I wanted to share my recent experience while shopping for a PS portable console and unfortunately, it was not very positive. When I asked for assistance, an employee brought out a console from the back warehouse and insisted that I pay for it right away, citing Best Buy's rules.
After completing my payment, I asked to see the prices and models of the PS5, but I was directed to ask the cashier for that information. I was surprised to find that there were no PS5 consoles on display for customers to view. This made it difficult for me to explore my options.
so I decided to purchase thePS5 from Amazon instead. I hope BestBuy can improve the in-store experience by providing better access to product displays and information for your customers.
