Absolute nightmare dealing with Best Buy as a whole, but this location is a mess. I purchased a laptop & two smart watches from here. Both times were a terrible experience. I came in already knowing the Macbook I wanted, they took 20 mins to come around to ask me what I needed help with (after I spoke with one rep to tell him what I wanted, he disappeared someone else had to come help me) Another 25 mins waiting for them to get the Macbook from the back to check me out.. On a separate day, I ordered 2 watches & requested in store pickup. The rep placed it for delivery to my home instead, it never got delivered and returned to sender. When I went in for them to change to in store pick up for the next few days, they processed a refund instead and just never said anything. Now there are no watches available for another 2 weeks and the customer service rep on the phone suggested I buy from Apple instead of Best Buy. I guess they really don't want to sell anything. Horrible customer service. The place is a mess with how they do things. Waste of time, a lot of frustration.
