The worst customer service you can get. You spent $ and employee tells you "not taking your toxic complain. Go and help your self. This is not America.

This was honestly the worst store experience I’ve had on the planet. I spent a long time trying to locate an item on the sales floor, and when I finally asked someone for help, all they did was look it up on the computer and then tell me to “find someone with a blue shirt.” So I did. When I approached the blue-shirt employee, he told me to go look on the floor again—even after I explained that I already had. Instead of helping, he just sent me back to search on my own. Then I waited almost 20 minutes with no assistance while four employees stood around chatting and ignoring customers. When I finally got fed up and went to the front for help, the employee there gave me attitude on top of everything else. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time or basic customer service, avoid this store.

Horrible customer service. Not interested in helping. I knew what tv i want to buy, waited for 30 min for rep to talk to me and process the sale. Nothing. Store was empty. Not coming back.

This black Friday there were employees everywhere. Must have called in everyone they had. Only problem is they were all hanging out in groups chatting and doing things other than assisting customers. Dozens and dozens of employees but only a couple checking out customers? The line to pay was 100 people long. Why not put all those employees on check out duty? It would have taken an hour to pay had we not left our merchandise and walked out.
