We drove all the way from Miami to pick up a very expensive KEF speaker that we fortunately purchased online at a discount. When we arrived the speaker was wrapped and ready to go. Like any smart consumer would do, we asked to test the speaker before we left. The sales person we were dealing with gave us a bit of an attitude because of our request. We shrugged it off while he proceeded to tell us to wait over by the Magnolia area while he asked someone to bring the speaker over so we could test it. We waited patiently for someone to do as such. We waited over an HOUR! We were just standing around waiting for something to happen. Why didn't we speak you ask, because we didn't want to be a nag and we're hoping they would do what we were told. Now, I'm fuming and inpatient and walked up to some guy in a yellow vest and said, excuse me we've been here over an hour and no one has helped us and since you have nothing to do, can you help? Well, of course this pissed him off and he said, of course I'll help since I have nothing to do. I said, I'm sorry, but that is my perception. Everyone is walking around and NO ONE asked if we could be helped. So he calls the guy who originally told us he'd have someone bring the speaker over to test. He comes over (annoyed) and tells another guy, hey, you didn't bring the speaker over for these customers and the other guy said, was I supposed to do that?? So, the guy turns around and says I'll get it for you. It took 2 minutes for the guy to bring it over. I apologized for being cross but said no one was helping us. He didn't say a word and left the room. This is when Garo walked in. He apologized for the wait and WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP. Unwrapped the speaker, did the test and wrapped it up again. He was great. His customer service skills were top-notch. If you come to this store and need help with home theater, just ask for him directly, don't waste your time with anyone else. GARO SAVED THE DAY AND OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. 2 stars for the store, 5 stars for Garo!

Went into the store to Boynyon Beach Fl. have my laptop looked at, stood in line about 20 minutes no one acknowledged me. I asked an associate if I could schedule an appointment with the geek squad, he said just wait they will call you up. After 20 minutes went to ask another associate he said hang on. I went to customer service desk made an appointment waited 25 minutes past the appointment time. Was never acknowledged by anyone. This is terrible customer service!
