I purchased an item on the website last night and went to pick it up today, expecting a quick and straightforward process. However, when I arrived, I was informed that there was a verification hold on my order and that I needed to wait for a call from their security department. I spent about 20 minutes walking around the store waiting for the call. When it finally came through, the call dropped three separate times due to poor cell service inside the store, forcing me to go sit in my car just to call them back and complete the verification. After the verification was completed, I was told to return to the pickup counter. When I did, I was informed that I needed to wait another 10–15 minutes while their system processed the order. I walked around the store again and returned after roughly 20 minutes, only to be told that the order still was not ready and that they could not provide any estimate of when it would be. At that point, after spending an hour attempting to pick up an item I had already paid for, I decided to leave. This experience suggests there are significant issues with the online order pickup system. I have never encountered such a complicated and inefficient process at any other retailer, and based on this experience, I will not be purchasing online from Best Buy again

Worst place ever . Had a medical emergency where I had to stay away for a month taking care of my ill mother . Came back and tried returning a brand new laptop that did not work for my kid school ( never even used the computer ) because it had passed a week of the returning window, they wouldn’t take it … even tho I tried showing them the medical paper work ….
