Ana was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns with such grace and charisma—I truly appreciated her warm and kind spirit. CJ was equally amazing, showing incredible patience while helping me find a better option for my flimsy keyboard. When I inquired about headphones, he provided all the necessary details and made sure I never felt rushed to make a decision.

I think that the cashier who can't tell the difference between the number 8 and the letter H when asked for the phone number really has a problem! Because as far as everyone knows, there are no letters in phone numbers! No one is obliged to understand a foreigner's pronunciation, but to understand this you don't have to think too much.

Customer service was actually a joke, for being an authorized apple product carrier not a single employee seemed to know or help about anything. Seems like management has fallen off, DO NOT come to this Best Buy if you don’t want to rip your hair out.
