Phone service is impossible.
Repair finalization and return info is terrible.
They give out wrong information updates.
Avoid if possible!

The person in Geek Squad was able to help me quickly with something that I did not know how to fix up on the PC that I got from you years ago. I might schedule an appointment for assistance with an older printer that was obtained a long time ago. The gentleman who helped me select the PC from you several years ago was also wonderful. I have had other good experiences with Best Buy in Boca as well. Thank you!
