Best Buy Boca Raton

We arrived Today Sunday just when store was about to open. Upon pulling in front of store the young lady that opened the door to allow customers in , we approached with the question DO you have bathroom scales in stock to see. Her reply was YES we do they are on left side of store as you pass appliances. As we entered to Go to that area I said to my Girlfriend Let’s get someone to help, there was 3 Best Buy people scattered 1 was helping someone and my girlfriend asked him where can I look at bathroom scales I’ll get someone to help you also his stupid response was we just opened….. With that No one came and we found another employee wiping down shelves in the apple area, he was extremely non helpful as well. What kind of store do YOU the Manager Run with customers trying to make purchases and NO-ONE able to help No wonder AMAZON takes all of everyone’s business on any and all items Also the Same Girl we talked to while she opened store we passed going out and She looks awfully comfortable in an informal position She should be in library due to her guidance with people We did find the Item at Amazon and no one has to guide me Just wait for same day Delivery as usual….. The Worst run store and Florida if you shop here you must be out of your Mind…….,,.

I ended up purchasing the membership because I know I’ll be coming back to Best Buy for my technology needs, and I’ll be asking specifically for Gavino every time. I’ve worked with a lot of salespeople over the years, and I can honestly say Gavino is one of the best I’ve ever encountered. He’s professional, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer’s needs first. Best Buy is fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Gavino, for making what could have been an overwhelming experience so easy and enjoyable!

I purchased an Apple Watch. My salesperson Remi helped me assemble and set it up for me. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have purchased it. Great store with great employees.
