Don’t waste your time ordering from @BestBuy if you actually expect to get your items. They promise "next-day delivery," but two days later, my order is just trapped in logistics purgatory. Their carrier has been looping my package inside their Miami hub for days—literally rescanning it at 8:54 AM today just to sit on it without putting it on a truck. It’s just living at the MIA hub getting scanned over and over again. Unbelievable way to treat paying customers. 😡📦🚫

If you don’t already know everything about the product you’re coming here to buy don’t bother because even if you do find somebody to help you which is very unlikely, they will know absolutely nothing about whatever you’re trying to buy.

Well, I went for a new TV. A newer model. They didn't have it, the newest. Said it would be there in a couple days. A week later they called, it was delivered. Haila, was nice. Ivamor was too!! It took us, quite some time to GET HELP ON THE FLOOR?? No one was available. Three times up to front desk to ask for help. They really need to work on customer service . I purchased a $800 TV. Knew exactly what I waited. Just no one was there to help!!
