My experience at this Best Buy location was unacceptable and left a very negative impression of the company as a whole. I came in expecting basic customer service and professionalism, but instead I was met with a manager who was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping.
Rather than listening or offering any form of assistance, the manager spoke in a condescending manner and made me feel like I was an inconvenience simply for asking a question. This level of behavior from someone in a management position is shocking and reflects extremely poorly on how this store is run.
Customer service starts at the top, and when management behaves this way, it’s clear why the experience is so bad. Because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and will be avoiding Best Buy altogether in the future. I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here, especially if you expect to be treated with basic respect.
THIS MANAGER IN THE IMAGE IS THE REASON I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!

There are 30 employees inside trying to sell items, none want to help you just find an item and I've been here twice in the past week and both times only 1 register open doing returns, exchanges and checkout all at the same register.
