Best Buy Boca Raton

They have their own way to trick people for them to make bigger purchase. I think its not best buy itself ,I believe its employees playing that game . They don’t explain guaranties cost extra 200$ ,they make u think its already included . Or showing you one tv mounts it has label 50$ underneath but actually they make you buy 180$ of mounts. Once you ask them why did you show different product ,all they can say tv that I bought is big enough and its not for me . So if you don’t go through your receipt ,you will be spending 500$ extra despite all you need is a TV.Right after I realized I am paying things way more than I have been told . I corrected everything and I get myself way out and I was talking to other customer which he was listening all conversation and he agrees with me . He felt the same thing. One of other employee must of known what they are doing was intentionally interrupting us try to stop our conversation with other customer. Best buy ,this location stings! Your employees not trustworthy ,they know what trying to do . Well aware! This place suppose to be best buy , not getting tricked to buy !I hope best buy have not changed its mind over last past years about how they do handle their business.You can do better best buy. Thank me later.

Steven Alvarez is one of the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever worked with .. He is kind , patience and goes above and beyond what needs to be done .. I highly recommend using him for any of your appliance needs ..

No customers at all the place looked like they were doing all kinds of remodeling in there i had to stop and ask if they were closing it down . Again not impressed at all with this place
