I am extremely frustrated with my recent experiences with Best Buy.
It seems I’m a glutton for punishment! Back in March 2024, I invested in a Viking refrigerator, only to be let down by doors that wouldn't close properly. After two visits from repair technicians, I reluctantly decided to exchange it for a KitchenAid model, hoping for a better outcome.
Unfortunately, my troubles continue with the new fridge, which is now producing a strange, loud noise. I was told to reach out to Geek Squad, with the belief that the service would only cost me $99. To my dismay, when I called, I learned that the actual price could climb to hundreds of dollars!
Given that this refrigerator is barely over a year old, I firmly believe I deserve an exchange. Moreover, attempting to contact Best Buy in Boca has been a frustrating experience as well. Instead of a simple phone call, you now have to email for a representative to reach out to you. This cumbersome policy, implemented due to COVID, only adds to my mounting dissatisfaction. I urge you to reconsider this situation and provide a resolution that reflects the quality customer service I expected when making my purchase.
Best Buy is the JC Penny of electronic retailers. Not well organized and you don't really know what the price is until rung up.
Terrible customer service. Been waiting for 45 minutes to buy kitchen appliances and 3 people are helping 1 person and ignoring me. When I finally got help, they were annoyed and acted like they don’t want to be there. They also want after a bunch of time with my order.
