I’ve been to this store more than 20 times as a regular customer and a My Best Buy Total Tech Member, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely connect with me and my friends or family whenever we shop here.
Yes, sometimes there’s a short wait if the store is busy, but that’s completely normal for a large store with many customers, departments, and employees. Even then, everything is always well organized, and I’ve found the team to be attentive once they’re available.
P.S. Don’t let the negative reviews sway you too much. This is Boca Raton the land of entitlement and where people here often expect VIP treatment for everything. From my perspective, this store delivers excellent service every time and upholds Best Buy standards well.

Horrible customer service skills in this store completely went in there to buy an Android watch for myself and nobody helped me out. You guys need to train your employees better with customer service skills there are new generation workers working for you that need to be tightened up on customer service skills asking people if they need help
My boyfriend was shopping at the Best Buy location in Boca in the shadow Wood Plaza so buy an android watch for himself for Christmas. There were no helpers nobody helped him horrible customer service. Nobody helped him. He walked out. You have horrible customer service. You had a lot of workers during Covid and he got rid of all those workers and now there’s hardly anybody there to help. Horrible store And horrible customer service

A very bitter experience as I purchased something on the 12/7/25 online to get picked up at the store, upon my arrival I simply asked for the online pick up section to which an elderly employee to seems to be a greeter replied sarcastically “ If you can’t see where it is, it’s right here where it says Pick up”. I guess paying customers bringing business to Best Buy in this economy needs to know the landscape of the store to not dare ask questions to their employees. This was so silly, unnecessary & unprofessional, he then proceeded to pick up his food delivery from Uber Eats. Only positive from this this was the young lady at the pick up department who seemed to have witnessed that interaction and went above and beyond to turn the experience around. Kudos to her for putting customers first and having some type of customer training skill set. However, I will no longer conduct any business with Best Buy and highly do not recommend this entity.
