We were just in the store and I have to express how incredible anf helpful Manny D is! He is truly a gem of an employee and provides the most honest, diligent, and comprehensive customer service. Manny was able to answer all our questions about refrigerators and vacuum cleaners, and provide valuable insights and advice that we wouldn't even think of to address ourselves. He also seemed to really care that we get just the right item to satisfy our needs, instead of simply trying to sell us something. Customer service like that is exactly what makes shopping a pleasant experience and keeps people coming to the store rather than shop online. Overall, the store is very organized, clean, and well stocked.
Walked around the tv section for 45 minutes and not one of the employees I encountered asked if I wanted help. I was going to buy a tv tonight but I guess I ordered one now. It seems like all retail are on their phones or talking to each other and can't be bothered by customers
