Went to recycle a computer monitor that was no longer needed. They accepted it with no issue, no cost! I did buy a new one there about 7 months ago, but they didn’t even ask. Perfect transaction!

With the exception of one sales person that I dealt with for my transaction, I would definitely not recommend Best Buy and will never shop there again major problems that could’ve been avoided, had they been a little more customer centric! I’m actually having two problems at the same time both with Best Buy. As I said, I would not recommend Best Buy to my worst enemy.

Xavier with the Geek Squad at Best Buy is horrible. If you go to this location avoid him at all cost. My friend was racially profiled by him. She had a appt to get her printer fixed. She went in for the appt and told him she was here to get her printer fixed and he immediatly said “we dont service printers” and basically just dismissed her. She almost left but then turned around and asked him what does the protection plan do then if they don’t service printers. He then said “ oh you have a protection plan” as if he was suprised or something. He said he assumed she didnt have one based off the looks of her printer, mind you this printer is very well taken care of and not old at all. He then became very rude and passive aggressive while helping her. Ended up having to call the Manager to help because his customer service was awful!!!!! My suggestion to you is to avoid him at all cost. He shouldnt be working there. His attitude was horrible and unwelcoming. -100/10 for xavier.
