Randall was awesome. Our hero! I had placed an order for an oven on the best buy website and it was supposed to be delivered Friday 10/25 however i received a message that the delivery had to be rescheduled which was crazy because I ordered a week ahead and purposely chose Best buy because they had a great price and could deliver. then the customer service person never called me back. However i desperatly needed an oven because I was throwing a party the next day. So I went into the location near me. Randall not only found me a great oven and gave me a great price but we were able to take it away the same day and it was installed in time for the party. Thanks for being so great and saving the day!

Every time I go here to buy a PlayStation 5 there sold out or they came in and now there gone. It's not fair and now my checks or not allowing me to purchase one now that they have two in store now.

Went in to buy a $400 pair of headphones that GameStop had listed for $339. The cashier confirmed the price match was valid, but after checking with the manager, I was told they don’t consider GameStop a competitor. That makes no sense considering they sell the exact same products. I walked three stores over in the same parking lot to GameStop and bought them for cheaper. Disappointing experience — any good manager would value keeping a customer and honoring a fair price. Won’t be returning to this location.
