I really wanted to have a better experience at Best Buy, but unfortunately, it fell short. I came in looking for help with a laptop purchase, and while the store had a decent selection, it was hard to get assistance. I waited around for nearly 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and when someone finally did, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the options or willing to answer questions.
To top it off, the checkout line was slow and understaffed. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so this might have just been a bad day — but for a major electronics retailer, I expected better customer service. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location anytime soon.

I see your response Megan but i dont have social Media. I just called your customer service and geek squad again and they laughed in my face. Pull the the TAPE. This is a Joke just like your company who defrauds customers.
Buyer Be AWARE!! I bought a TV ,Surround sound, mounts totalling over 1,800.00 Paid Best Buy to Install. The installers were great. BUTTTTTTTTT there was a missing item. Best Buy says that the installer has it and the installer has proof what items he picked up at the store and that item was not on the list even though I paid for it. I called my salesman and he said he was off and go into the store and contact the manger. HE TOTALLY Blew Me Off! I called for hours while they installed my TV and other items. I called corporate and even the installer called their supervisor and NOTHING! I was promise for the past 3 days that the Manager of the store would call me and refund me. Neither happened.
Best Buy Charge me for a item that I never recieved and refuses to give me a refund.
Store Manager that is THEFT and DEFRAUDING YOUR CUSTOMER.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!!!!
