Good selection of accessories but doesn't have very particular items I was looking for nor was I asked if I needed any assistance
This used to be my favorite store, but lately, it’s clear that upper management is failing to uphold the standards that once set this location apart. Poor leadership is having a serious impact on day-to-day operations. Over the past 3 weeks, I’ve experienced multiple failed orders, long wait times, and a lack of communication. These issues point to deeper management problems that require immediate attention. The decline in service and reliability is disappointing and reflects systemic issues that need to be addressed. I truly hope that leadership will take responsibility and work to restore the reliability and trust customers once had in this store.

In November 2023 I purchased 2 TV’s from Best Buy. I paid for and had them installed on the wall of my home. At the time they sold me on their “GEEK SQUAD and discount program. I had a yearly charge of &192.00 with tax. I am moving 2 miles away from my current address. I was under the impression that moving and reinstalling the TV’s was part of that program. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I just went into the Best Buy in Boynton Beach to make arrangements for moving and reinstalling the TV’s in my new home. Imagine my surprise when I learned that #1’they won’t move the TV’s AND #2 they wanted me to pay’$250.00 EACH to put the brackets that I had purchased from them on the wall. I felt stuck but was begrudging willing to pay $250.00. But when she said $250.00 each. What? $500.00 to install 2 brackets? That was more than I could take and I walked out. Best Buy is a RIP OFF of the first order. Brandsmart. Walmart and Amazon sell what Best Buy sells for much less with the same warranty service. If you need installation help it can be easily found on line by reputable companies. Only a fool would by from BEST BUY! Best Buy… and don’t think so… worst buy seems to fit much better!!
