Best Buy Boynton Beach

Its bestbuy... what more can I say? This location is cool they have a lot of staff but ive never felt pressured or SWAMPED. Literally all I have to do is look around like "help" and some one walks up to me and helps me but they never annoyed me, this might be because im a regular hehe.

This place needs to be investigated so much scam and stealing off people hard earned money. Bought a tv 2 years ago found better version the same day so I returned tv same day which I payed for cash 2500 same day said I couldn’t get my refund due to them not being able to do over 800$ cash returns a check would be mailed here we are two years later no check no tv no nothing and there response talk to customer service which then send you to talk to them . So now we will let the court system handle it . There mangers are clueless and out for themselves they save merchandise for friends and family and there customer service is awful and gets worst by day one day the next circuit city the way they are headed please stay away from this Best Buy

After my delivery was unexpectedly canceled and refunded, I went into Best Buy to try to get it re-purchased for the same price I paid. Unfortunately, there was a lot of difficulty in doing so with the computer program, but both Jessica and Chris were enormously helpful and made the process a lot smoother & did it with a smile and a great attitude. Big shout out to both of them, they really helped me out. I tried to leave this review in a survey, but the QR code wasn’t me bringing me to an actual survey.
