I I had a terrible experience with a particular driver assigned to redeliver my refrigerator. Despite every effort to accommodate his truck, he refused to deliver it. I thought he would comply, but he backed out of the parking lot without any acknowledgment and drove away. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism, insulting, and unbecoming behavior from an employee of Best Buy. had the worst experience with a particular driver that was assigned to redeliver my refrigerator. When I thought that he was going to comply he backed out of the parking lot without any acknowledgment and drove away. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, insulting, unbecoming behavior from an employee of Best Buy.
Let me tell you why I like Best Buy. Wife bought a new camera online. I opened it with a positive attitude. It seemed to be a great buy, until you started reading what you had to buy extra. The instructions were confusing. Went to BB had a short convo with the sales guy and he walked me over to the display. I told him TY I can read and continue my research from here.
First camera returned, 15 maybe 20 minutes with the new one it was what I was looking for. Price difference when all compared... Maybe $8.00. I was so happy I walked the store and got 3 more things I put off buying.
My husband and I went in looking for a new TV and John H. helped us. He was fantastic! He recommended some great TV options and even got us a soundbar to go with it. He demonstrated the differences between the TVs and was very attentive and patient. His partner Lance also gave great insight on recommendations. Great experience! We appreciate both of you guys’ help!
