I just feel sad. Spoke with the guy at the front door, asking for help in phone department. He told me it would be 5-10 min. Waited 20 minutes, then went back up to ask for more help. Meanwhile two agents came and helped two other people and then disappeared before I could get back. ( Had a helpful experience with Geek Squad for different issue)

I was helped within the TV Section by Manny, who truly exhibited concern for me and gave me advice to ensure I would select the correct unit for my situation. Thanks to him I was able to find everything I needed. He is an asset to Best Buy Boynton Beach
