Shameful service. I understand that technical issues arise at times but that is no excuse not to seek resolution of customer service issues in ways that are accessible. Go look in the warehouse if you can and they have given you adequate time to do so! This location is in need of leadership.

Poor customer service from a employee name Neil as im standing in line behind another customer while he is cashing them out he finishes and walks away never to return leaving me standing i had just purchased a 800 dollar IPhone and was about to purchase a case needlessly to say I threw the case down and walked out the store do better how rude

Currently very disappointed with Best Buy customer service/policy. I purchased a washer and dryer January 2024. At the time, I was told about the manufacturer warranty for one year and the extended warranty for 24 months. I chose the 24 months. In needing a repair on the Samsung washer, I called and was informed that I was only charged the extended warranty for one month and then it stopped. I did not discontinue this charge or warranty, it was automatically done. Making best buy credit card payments with 0% interest for 1 year, I assumed that this was done properly. Now I am told I would have to pay $149 for the tech to show and and approximately $200-$300 for the repair even though I should have 1 year warranty left. The customer service agent, who was not in the US would not help or look into the problem/error. I will wait for the washing machine to break down and I will buy a new washer at another appliance store. Unfortunately, I am sure that I am not the first customer or the last customer with this situation. Shame on you Best Buy. You lost a customer that has spend thousands upon thousands of dollars in your store. Customers beware of the scheme.
