It’s Best Buy. However, I was surprised how messy it seemed, and LOTS of shelves and individual item locations were empty, display items broken or missing. Looked like it was not organized, re-shelved and re-stocked in a while… I guess Amazon is getting to them.

Great staff
Came in for a desktop computer for a friend that I looked up on the Best Buy website. The gentleman that we talked to went around and got everything we needed quickly and even recommend cables. In and out quickly. Thank you. This is why I always shot Best Buy where I live in Illinois. Great staff and service at all your stores
The sale went very smoothly. Alejandro was great. The process to finalize the process was a little bit confusing with the geek squad. They should have a line for appointments and one for after sale help. They need more employees. Other than that, the geek employees were also helpful
Worst customer service. Especially for a total tech membership which means nothing I guess when you have a tv that’s been used 6 times and keeps randomly turning off. I’ll buy from Amazon or Walmart.
