Somehow, we were sold a locked open-box MacBook at the Boynton location. After calling the Wellington location, they informed us that we could bring it there. However, upon arrival, they refused to touch the computer even after we opened the screen. They brushed us off and instructed us to return to Boynton. When we requested to speak with the manager, Geyris, she was incredibly sincere and kind. Although she couldn’t provide us with the exact same computer, she managed to find something similar that we were satisfied with. Geyris, thank you for going above and beyond to make my husband’s Father’s Day!!
