Geek squad was rude and unhelpful.
Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Although I had to wait for service, the representative was able to help me with my needs. I ended up buying more than what I went in for.
I went there today to buy dji mic 2. I was asking two different employee to where it was everybody was leading me to another person. I finally find someone to ask and two of them were just chatting, laughing and ignoring me. When finally they answered, they want me to ask another employee. At this point there was nobody to ask. It was horrible experience and ı ended up not buying anything.
