We went in because we’re on vacation and I forgot my computer power cord, they had options and someone was available to help me, now I say that because, my friends, we either need to shop at physical stores or decide to let them go,
The staff is smaller and usually to busy to help, I really want to go to the store, most of my appliances and all my TVs are from Best Buy, my laptops and tablets are from Best Buy’s, either hire more people or shrink your stores.

Went there to find information on my phone and spoke to the geek squad. The gentleman there was excellent and solved my issue within 5 minutes!
Where do I begin. I go into store to order all merch for my tv I had to be installed on wall with soundbar attached to tv. The day comes for installation and Manata comes and parts are wrong.. Before this I had gone back to store to buy surge protector and it didn’t work so I went back and returned and got another one third trip . .I also kept trying to call and make sure correct parts were ordered again for new installation date and and I get no where with many calls so I go to store 4th trip. I afk for manager who orders parts and rescheduled installation. Manata comes and installs. I paid $70 extra for guy to hook up WiFi and make sure soundbar ok etc. Hardly spoke English and when I asked when I turn tv on how to get rid of screen with apps and just go directly to tv he said I couldn’t That’s how new tvs are. . I looked up on you tube when he left and fixed. Then last night my soundbar stopped working and I could not reconnect at all. I changed to “ correct” port per you tube and it’s working. In my opinion I would strongly suggest you find another electronics place to do business with. Horrible experience other than manager. Run don’t walk to a different place .

Ordered a television for pickup. Pulled into a pickup space and they brought it right out and helped load it into my car
