I understand that employees are required to upsell & suggestive sell however when a customer already has what they plan on purchasing at the check out, the best thing to do is not to lie to them, talk them out of it and tell them the product won’t work and will just crash just to get them to either purchase something that is more expensive or get them to sign up for the stupid Best Buy credit card. And don’t question a customer on how many credit cards they already have open when told “no”. You are losing out on a sale no matter the price!!! Not good business practice. There is a reason why there were only 3 customers in the whole store on a Sunday Afternoon. Best Buy needs to do better or they will be closing down operations like these other money hungry corporate companies. Best Buy will not get any of my money.
Nothing but great experiences at this Best Buy. They do price matching, they answered all of my questions in a way anyone could understand, and the employees are all wonderful!
Made an order with best buy.com. on the phone 1.5 hours then get an email my items were ready for pickup. Go to the store and they tell me the item was never ordered. They suggest I cancel the order and reorder through the store. I was told my items would be there 5 days later . Check my order status and it says it won't be there for another 5 days . I laid $179 for their total membership which says you get expired shipping. Called customer support and going in circles. Spent ta couple thousand in the past two weeks at best buy and they can't get things right Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Best to buy your products to a place that delivers vs gives you the rin around.
