This store increasingly has less there. I only shop here as a last resort if I haven't been able to find sorting amazon will next day deliver and have a less than 50% success rate that they've got what I need.

Extremely unprofessional service. Bought a 98 in TV with free installation but had to wait 2 weeks after the TV was delivered to get it installed. Install date comes and they cancel the appointment. Now the earliest is another 2.5 weeks away and the only resolution offered was to return the TV or wait for them to ship the mount so we can install ourselves. Terrible customer service and we will not be buying from Best Buy in the future.

Best place to buy electronic things

Exceptional service, i went in to purchase a new computer and wanted to speak with an associate who was really rounded with what I intended use for. The associate i spoke with knew exactly what I wanted and needed. I walked away with a laptop and monitor within my budget. I was totally happy with my purchase and service. My only complaint is that i had made part of my purchase online, and it was near closing time, so my pick-up time online stated my purchase would be available the next day. I figured well maybe a manager could make an exception, being that im physically here at the time of the online purchase. The associate wasn't sure if this was possible, so he contacted a store manager. The manager said no, she will have to come back tomorrow. After purchasing in store items as I left the store, I got home and notice an email from bestbuy saying your online purchase is ready for pick up, it wasn't 5 mins after I had left the store that the email had come through and 10 mins before store closer, which customers were still present. However, I didn't look at my email until I had gotten home, which was over an hour away from the store! I was pist bc had i checked my email. I could have walked away with my online purchase at the time i was purchasing my in store items, even tho the manager said I had to return the next day. This, in turn, cost me more money due to gas and wasted time. Word to the wise always check your email before leaving the store for an online purchase bc you could be given misleading information.
