I had a frustrating experience at Best Buy due to extremely low staffing. We waited over two hours just to speak with someone in the appliances department. When we finally got assistance, it was from an employee who didn’t even work in that department—but to his credit, he was very helpful. Unfortunately, when the manager eventually arrived, they were of no help at all, unable to answer basic questions. It’s disappointing to see how much Best Buy has declined. They don’t offer any recognition for first responders, teachers, military personnel, or veterans. At this rate, they’re headed in the same direction as Circuit City.
