This was the most embarrassing, indecent, and degrading experience we've ever had at a Best Buy. We attempted to return an iPad case with the receipt that we purchased from a Best Buy in Melbourne, FL. The actual product itself did not have a barcode at the time of purchase, so the employee searched for it in the system, and sold it to us. We tried to return it today and were immediately verbally berated by Wes who refused to honor the return or call the Best Buy who we purchased this product from alongside Nate, a manager, also came over with an extreme attitude. They refused to show where in their policy this exception is. Felix came over too, and while he wasn't rude, simply echoed their statements and walked away. After a moment, Wes threatened to remove my father by security in front of other customers without much discussion. We are now sending this up the larger corporate ladder as even in the reviewing of the broader online policy, there seems to be no such exclusion to the return policy. This might become a legal matter very soon, unfortunately. Will not buy from a Best Buy again - and am filing complaints with the BBB and other organizations.
