People buy things online because of places like Best Buy. One sales associate was friendly and helpful but the rest were “too busy” doing nothing to be helpful. I purchased an item that was not in (many other items were not either) and had to wait for delivery anyway. When Best Buy has to close its retail stores know it’s because your staff are rude and you don’t have items on site. These are the two main reasons people would come in-store.

Purchased a laptop back in January. The first one died within two weeks and Best Buy was great and replaced it. The second one I have had constant issues with for the past three months and now the computer is no longer working. I brought it into the store, and the only thing Best Buy is willing to do is send it back to the manufacturer. I understand that there is a time period for returns, but there’s clearly an issue with this machine and what I wanted to do was simply return it and buy something much nicer. I don’t want them to send it back to the manufacturer, may have to wait weeks, and only end up with the same machine that I know is junk. The 20 something-year-old Manager I spoke to had no flexibility at all and just told me it is what it is. Lesson learned. don’t shop from Best Buy. I’ve been a customer and member for more than 15 years, but this computer is definitely the last thing I’ll ever purchase from Best Buy.

I bought my refrigerator, washer and dryer but calling a store to speak with someone about a mini starlink and only getting an AI bot, I will never buy anything from you again!!!
