I went into this Best Buy to purchase a camcorder and had a question about different brands, a customer service rep told me she would call for the "Camera Expert" to come help us, it was over 15 minutes ago and still no help, so we left and won't be returning.

I will post a horrible but very true customer service experience I've had with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I requested a supervisor 4 times and the agent Edgar hung up on me, and I was never assisted after 8 calls in total and 3 chatbots I was assisted by the last person with all the accurate information to whom I needed to contact for assistance with television I puchased 2 months ago that will not turn on, and I paid $60 for extended warranty. Most importantly I was provided 4 phone numbers to also be told each time the agent wasn't able to assist me one agent I was on the line with for 6 seconds she transferred me to a survey line and I reported her poor service because she never bothered to assist me on the same survey she rudely transferred me too. Best Buy is a joke and so is their "Geek Squad" they should be called "WEAK SQUAD" they are quick to try and charge you for services
