No way it about time to start gearing up for the holidays and there’s no available help. Doesn’t seem like anyone was zoned anywhere but the cash desk and entrance. Me and about 3 other people were walking around the TV section and there was only 1 person there already helping a family. Over 20 minutes went by and he was still with the same family. Please get some more people on the floor. Especially if you’re the BestBuy that closes the latest, meaning you will get more foot traffic.

Best Buy is Best Buy. The toss up is always the service. One girl got me squared away quickly and efficiently. A visit 20 minutes later to warranty my headphones ended with an additional 40 minute stay. Didn't even leave with headphones because was given store credit instead of a replacement after another 10 minutes with geek squad for no reason. Shame to pay for total tech and not get what's expected.

I asked for a sales person for TVs And was told I Would be helped and I stood around for About 20 minutes, still no sales person, so I left. Very disappointed.
