Pretty scammy place. I made a return with the receipt They issued a refund, sort of. It’s been days later. It’s never processed. They definitely have the technology to offer an immediate refund instead my geek squad member issued a refund to original payment didn’t ask if I want cash, but told me it might process in 3-5 Walmart and Target give an immediate refund. Best Buy has technologically superior “everything”, and all the DIY equipment to purchase you could dream of, yet they don’t have a merchant that can process a refund?

A regular Best Buy...part of 1 star was for turning my City's into an Outlet/Open Box (Sample Road if you like that. A good size store) Friendly Staff...a little bit of a communication issue at the end-- BUT it was because a couple of Associates went looking for a part for what I was buying, so... I actually used to be a Manager at that Location when it was Toys R Us, so that's nice. I DO NOT Know what type of Volume of business they do, but it felt empty.....though the area for Geek Squad. Packed! My only other issue was the store was VERY WARM (here in South Florida that day when we went was 100°) and a bit humid. I felt that if I needed answers on anything or wanted to purchase something else, it would have continued to be a pleasant experience. Part of it, to be honest....is Best Buys just aren't the stores they were. Not their fault Totally; I saw a gentleman work with an Associate in the Computer Section...and the customer said he saw it cheaper online. So I say Thumbs Up. 👍
