It's ironic that i came to leave a review about how horrible the customer service is at this store, and I've read Several complaints saying the same thing!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! The young lady I spoke with had no clue what she was saying! I expressed to her my budget for a laptop and the only ones she would point out were at least 300 to $400 more!!! Totally disregarded everything i expressed to her!! She eventually walked away never to return!
Before that i literally waited over 30 minutes in that one area and no one said a thing to me!!! I just left highly disappointed!
Guess I'll go to Walmart!! Smh.... You ALL need training!!
