Hated my JBL’s. Great fit, but ripped my hair to take them off. Also, once you connect them to your phone, every time you remove them from the case it will look for your phone. They’re just ALWAYS on. That’s silly. And if they die, the babysitting case better be charged and nearby. And if it’s not, it’s useless. And if it is, it’s going to immediately charge the buds and drain out. And they can’t tell you the charge level until you put them back into the case. Just ridiculous. I know it’s because I’m older, but I refuse to bring around a 3rd device to take care of the earbuds. I LOVE my tethered Sonys and they’re prob even better sound. But Best Buy doesn’t carry.
I brought them back on day 13 of 14! No packaging. But they accepted it. Thank you.

I tried to buy some Airpods4 on sale for 89.99, in the store.
When I tried to pay, they tried to charge me $129.99, citing a display error. Although the staff was friendly, this is considered deceptive.
