Great custome service. Plenty of inventory and some good open-box deals.

The locations are few and far between but I love going when I can. They have lots of resources too. The people that work there are kind and helpful too

I just placed an order yesterday using my progressive leasing credit I had for a few items. During the process I believe the website timed out but somehow progressive still charged me and emailed me the order was made while Best Buy chat and the 1888 number said there was no order on file, both chat and the 1888 number recommended I go to the store as they believe this was something management could handle. Moving forward yesterday same day after work I went to this Coral Springs store where I had set my items for pickup, explained the situation to the front desk customer service rep and she called the supervisor on duty “Val”. I don’t normally leave too much reviews good or bad experiences but I had to go on here and give Val credit. From the moment I explained the situation this supervisor was so professional, called progressive leasing and explained the whole situation, I was able to basically cancel my previous order and made a new one in person with Val’s assistance and got my order(instead of waiting 3-5 business days for progressive to investigate on their own). Thank you so much Val I had to come on here and give you your flowers. I really needed this item as I stream especially on weekends. Thank you so much Val and Best Buy!! 🙏
