Being sadden by the state of modern retail, with products not being in stock, after online visits to make a trip. Most stores today are this way.
But I will say that every visit here, I can find someone to help. Yesterday, the sales associate was Danieta. She immediately checked inventory and took me to WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. Not finding it despite being told there was one in stock. She immediately checked the stock room. Meantime, I continued browsing, lo and behold, it was located where it was supposed to be.
I waited for Danieta return to show her I found and was a happy consumer.
As I see it service like this is above and beyond, since many store associates would just say “Sorry Charlie” and can me.
Danieta is an asset to this store, attitude, alone.
As soon as I came in I was kindly greeted by Stephanie and she took care of me with speedy and great customer service. I got what I needed and was out in no time. Thanks Stephanie!
Helpful service guy at the geek squad counter addressed my issue satisfactorily.
