bathrooms are always clean here. I love coming here to use their facilities and test out products before I go home and buy them online for a better price. staff is usually helpful in pointing me in the direction of what I'm looking to examine. I honestly can't remember the last time I bought anything from best buy. it was probably BO2 now that I think of it
We looked around endlessly on the sales floor for the PS5 portals and there were none, only flyers on the floor saying they were out of stock. we walked around found an employee asked and he advised us that they kept them in the “pick up” area and we needed to ask. So, we did. They were brought up by the gentleman in that area and scanned, where he then proceeded to ask how we knew they were back there. Seemed liked a strange question. But we told him, another employee advised we should go there.

Great service at this location, more than I expected. He compared the printer I came to get with another brand at the same price, I respected his opinion enough to go with his recommendation
