TV department deserves a 4. Very helpful sales associate. Computer sales department maybe a 3. That salesman insisted, no demanded I purchase added warranty. He even went so far as to add the cost to my purchase. I said no no no. After the last firm no, he removed the charge. Be firm, you are the customer. Kinda ruined my experience.
