The personal are very nice and helpful with answering all my questions. They are not pushy to make you buy. Carlos is a great person take time to help you and is not rude. Had to have my laptop checked out and Cara was very nice to make it have the great help to service my laptop. When pucking it up Evan had informed me that it had virus and that I had the advanced anti-virus software. All at this location are wonderful ti speak and get answer all my needs. Thank you all for the help.

They had the data transfer cable that I needed. The guy in the Geek squad stayed with me, while we hunted in electronics and the mobile electronics until we found the cable finally. Great service.

The customer service in Best Buy is non-existent. I purchased a gas stove and was charged $199.99 for installation, and $42.99 for the gas kit. ($242.98) I was told the installation charge was mandated by the state of Florida. That seemed strange. Best Buy has a price match program with Loews. and although I looked at ranges in Loews it didn't occur to me to check their installation charges. I spoke with someone at Loew's today. Their installation fee is $20, no mandated charges (funny since they are also in Florida), and their price for the gas kit is $39. A $183.98 difference. I spent an hour trying to get through to someone at Best Buy in Davenport and instead could only talk to an automated system who decided they would send me an application for employment, and when I declined the call was disconnected. Through sheer determination I finally was able to speak with someone who supposedly handled the Loew's price match. He was not only NOT in the Davenport store, he was NOT even in this country. He told me that this price could not be matched and there is no number to speak with someone in the store, they don't take phone calls. I would have to go there in person. I am so frustrated I know that would not be a good idea so instead I'll just let you know...be very cautious about purchasing from Best Buy...go to Loews! Update: The range was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 8 pm. At 5:12 I get a call to tell me the delivery was running late and would not arrive until after 6:30 (?). At 5:22 I received a call from the driver that he was 3 minutes away. Clearly not one aspect of Best Buy's service works. Let's just hope the stove works!
