Lackluster service from young uninterested help...no eye contact, bored responses-- as if one has "interrupted" them. Totally lacking in social skills. ...sigh... and this is the closest Best Buy around. Maybe it's worth the trip to Tampa. Or hiring some of Fl's retired folk, many who (surprise!) ARE tec savvy and have friendly, polite social skills.

Would give 0 if it was allowed, can’t get help from 99% of employees they all just look away or mess around on their phones when you ask them anything. Management might need to be replaced to fix this issue. Only 1 person in computer section trying to help 5 customers while there was atleast 4 employees sitting on their butts doing nothing but surf the internet on their phones..
Horrible store worse service, will give my money to Apple directly, atleast they acknowledge you and help
