I hadn't been to a best buy in years, but went here because I've been told about their amazing customer service. I wandered around the store a couple times before finally finding what I was looking for. I wasn't greeted by anyone during that time. I found the computer I was looking for, but there didn't seem to be anyone around to answer questions. The mouse was broken and I couldn't take the "tour" on the computer. I stood by the computer and looked up information on my phone for quite a while. No one ever came into that area, so I eventually left completely unnoticed.

Currently waiting at the checkout line. I'm 9th in line. There is one cashier who keeps stepping away to coordinate pick up of items, yet you have two greeters at the front door, and multiple other reps just standing around near the cell phone area. It took me all but 45 secs to grab the headphones I wanted, but 13 mins later I'm still waiting to pay for it.

TV department deserves a 4. Very helpful sales associate. Computer sales department maybe a 3. That salesman insisted, no demanded I purchase added warranty. He even went so far as to add the cost to my purchase. I said no no no. After the last firm no, he removed the charge. Be firm, you are the customer. Kinda ruined my experience.
