Am a Total Bestbuy customer and their platinum tier. Have had multiple issues with the Davenport location. Bought a washer/dryer front load and scheduled for delivery and install 2 days later. The window was 1p-5p, they showed at 7:30pm. It was raining when they finally showed, after 10 minutes it stopped, but the driver then claimed the pavement was wet and refused to deliver. Had to call and reschedule and the earliest was a week later. Prep was get rid of washer and dryer, so now I am going to laundry mat daily. It rains everyday in Florida, so I assume they only deliver 1/2 of the scheduled deliveries as payment is wet after a rain. Or maybe they simply don’t care about customer service and pick and choose who they deliver to? I tried multiple times to plead with supervisor for help and got the same answer, your waiting a week longer. If you say you’re going to deliver in a 4 hour window, do it. Don’t arrive 6.5 hours later then refuse!

Horrible service!!! No way to call the store. Held me up for over two hours trying to reach ANYONE. Best Buy means Worse Service

We went in looking for a radio for our truck. After about 15 min of waiting in that section and then walking around looking for someone to help, my husband finally went up to the front to ask for assistance. We went back to wait by the radios. After another 10 min of seeing several employees standing talking to each other, we finally decided to leave and go somewhere else. Not sure if it will be another Best Buy or elsewhere. Or just a purchase online and install ourselves. But unfortunately you can't get good service anywhere these days and it's really sad. Especially when you walk in with cash to spend.

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Best Buy in Posner Davenport, Florida. I purchased a television, expecting it to be delivered to my home address, as clearly stated on my receipt. However, the package was instead delivered to a UPS Store. I attempted to resolve this issue through customer service, but my efforts were met with silence. I then visited the store in person, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, I was brushed off with vague assurances that someone would contact me. That follow-up never happened. To make matters worse, I had to rent a U-Haul truck at my own expense to pick up the television from the UPS Store. This was an inconvenience and an additional cost that should never have been my responsibility. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and the added expense I incurred have left me extremely disappointed. Best Buy's handling of this situation was unacceptable, and I can only give them one star for their service. I hope they improve their customer service in the future, but as of now, I cannot recommend this location.
