This Best Buy is not one of the "best" I've been to. The staff was friendly once they actually helped me but I had to approach them after making eye contact several times with them while they weren't doing anything. They ultimately didn't have what i needed (which happens and not reflected in this review) but as far as getting questions answered only the store manager was able to answer my simple tech questions. Most of the floor staff literally just said, "i dont know." Again they were friendly just not helpful.
A bit disappointed if im being honest.
