I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Carlos who helped us purchase our TV. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the options so we could make the best decision for our home.
He didn’t rush us or try to upsell—he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice. Because of his help, we ended up with a TV that we absolutely love!

Geek Squad needs more help. 5:40 appointment and when I arrived only 2 technicians were working, they were just calling 4:00 appointments and there were at least 5 customers and me waiting for service. Not acceptable.
