Absolutely horrible experience at the Davenport Best Buy. We walked in the front door and told the person that we needed someone to meet us in the back. They had the key for the Ray-Ban glasses. I heard him on the radio. We waited there for 25 minutes. we’ve tried to stop three people with Best Buy shirts on and they kept walking like they couldn’t hear us finally found a manager and she radioed Somebody to help us so altogether it took 35 minutes to get somebody’s attention so if you need to shop at Best Buy, I would order online and pick up in store. Maybe they can figure that out.
