The manager, Gaston, at this store is rude and either lacks knowledge or doesn't want to spend some time helping customers solve minor issues with their accounts.

Am a Total Bestbuy customer and their platinum tier. Have had multiple issues with the Davenport location. Bought a washer/dryer front load and scheduled for delivery and install 2 days later. The window was 1p-5p, they showed at 7:30pm. It was raining when they finally showed, after 10 minutes it stopped, but the driver then claimed the pavement was wet and refused to deliver. Had to call and reschedule and the earliest was a week later. Prep was get rid of washer and dryer, so now I am going to laundry mat daily. It rains everyday in Florida, so I assume they only deliver 1/2 of the scheduled deliveries as payment is wet after a rain. Or maybe they simply don’t care about customer service and pick and choose who they deliver to? I tried multiple times to plead with supervisor for help and got the same answer, your waiting a week longer. If you say you’re going to deliver in a 4 hour window, do it. Don’t arrive 6.5 hours later then refuse!
