Best Buy Davenport

I visited this store on 10/5/26 and encountered an associate named Eileen, who was rude and claimed to be a manager. She rudely told me to go to another register while she and another associate handled her personal transaction. I voiced my concern to Cory M., who advised me that she is not a manager. He handled my transaction professionally. This store needs to work on customer engagement; it's lacking. I visited the store again to make a return. At checkout, another associate did not return my original receipt and was about to discard it. However, she did hand back the return receipt. I never asked her to throw the original receipt away. I had asked for it back and attached the old receipt to the new one. Again, customer service at this store is lacking.

My husband and I absolutely love this Best Buy! We go out of our way and drive the extra distance just to be helped by Jose. He is always so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We genuinely trust his recommendations and feel comfortable making all our purchases through him. We even signed up for a membership because of how much we trust him! Jose truly goes above and beyond, and his customer service is amazing. Best Buy is blessed to have him!

Honestly, the inconsistency with curbside pickup here is so frustrating, especially when you have kids. Curbside pickup is an option for a reason. If I wanted to get everyone out of the car and go inside, I wouldn’t have chosen it. Being told they won’t come out because it’s raining is ridiculous. It’s Florida it rains all the time. I understand bad weather, but then don’t offer curbside if you’re not actually going to bring the order out. It’s just really inconvenient.

Picked up a new iPad for the wife and was assisted by Jose. Great service and price.
