This is our go to Best Buy and appreciate it's location and employees. I have total tech (worth the $ to me) and had an issue with an older work computer (not actually purchased from BB) yet they assisted me. I did try online Geek Squad who did a total scan but did not resolve the issue. I made an in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

Estos intelectuales me vendieron una tablet y en la misma compra una pluma para la tablet. Cuando llegue a mi país (yo no probé las cosas porque eran un regalo) y la pluma no era compatible con la tablet😆 y yo ahora que hago con una pluma que no es compatible?
