We had a really good experience at this Best Buy location. We had gone into another Best Buy in the area first and could not get a single person to talk to us or help us, so we ended up leaving and trying this store instead. The difference in service was noticeable right away. We were helped very quickly, and the employee who assisted us listened to what we needed and gave helpful recommendations. We ended up purchasing three Samsung TVs. The employee was knowledgeable and helped us compare the options so we could choose the right ones. He also loaded the TVs onto a cart and helped get them into our car, which we really appreciated. That level of service made the whole shopping experience much easier. The only small issue was that we were told the TVs came with rechargeable remotes instead of remotes that use batteries, but that ended up not being correct. It was not a huge deal because we can order the rechargeable remotes online fairly inexpensively, but it was still a little disappointing. One of the TVs also had serious cracking on the screen when we opened it, and it looked like it may have been dropped on the corner. However, when we called the store, they immediately agreed to return it and apologized, which I appreciated. Overall, this location provided much better service than the other Best Buy we visited, and I would shop here again.
