Best Buy all across US is always a horrible experience and this place was no different. The salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the product I was interested in. This person had to go off and ask another salesperson, could not answer one single question even after I requested to have the salesperson that knew the product.
What this person did know about was warranties. They told me all about it and how great it would be. I asked if it would be available in another country and of course they didn’t know. However, what prompted me to write this was, they sneakily added $79.99 to the bill without saying a word!!! Then tried to talk to me and distract me from noticing. The only reason I did notice was I tried to buy them online so I knew the final price. I questioned this person and the answer was “oh you don’t want it”? That was so sneaky and underhanded it prompted this one star review.
I realize they do not get commission on warranty sales so I blame the manager for making his/her employees dishonest.

He didn’t rush us or try to upsell—he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our choice. Because of his help, we ended up with a TV that we absolutely love!
