I recently bought a new Asus pre build gaming PC and I actually knew my stuff already and knew which PC I wanted. The sales rep(s) came up to me and I already told them what I wanted but they still was really helpful. They understood why I wanted that specific PC and both agreed with all the things I will be using that PC for and it's the best one for my needs.
We actually talked for awhile and they was extremely knowledgeable with PC general uses and gaming too. It was quite fun chatting about our gaming hobby and made the experience so much better. I'm the type of person I buy something and get the hell out of there but I actually stood there for awhile and enjoying every moment. A++ Best Buy store.

The “no questions asked” Geek Squad warranty you get when you sign up for the annual membership apparently works differently for Apple products. It is probably Apple’s fault but nevertheless it is an undue inconvenience coming to the store to claim warranty for an Apple TV and not being able to receive the expected service.
