I came to make a return and received such good service that I ended up buying more products. All the employees who assisted me were very polite, and even when I got to my car with the shopping cart, an employee who was outside made a point of retrieving it and returning it to the store.
Every time I come here, I feel genuinely valued and welcomed. I understand that providing good customer service is part of the job, but the level of care and attention I receive is truly world-class. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated, which keeps me coming back.
Came into buy 5 tvs and not a single person greeted us or helped us..waited for 20 min and finally left. One guy walked away from us lol literally not a single hello or anything…wild.
Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
