After purchasing a new range at Best Buy, I was told I needed to buy a separate power cord even though I already had a compatible one installed. The installers refused to use it, installed the new one, and took my original cable without my consent.
Let’s call things by their name: taking property without permission is stealing.
This isn’t about the value of a cable it’s about integrity, respect for the customer’s property, and doing the right thing.

Had a fantastic experience at the Best Buy in Davie thanks to GianCarlo. This guy went above and beyond when he didn’t have to. He was working in returns, and while I was returning an item, I mentioned I was thinking about using the store credit to buy a TV. Without even asking, he went into the back to check inventory. When they didn’t have the TV I was looking for, he started checking for all the comparable models in the store and walked me through the differences.
He genuinely helped me make the right decision. He knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process enjoyable.
It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about customers and the store’s reputation. Best Buy, if you’re reading this, give this man a raise, or better yet, put him in charge!
