Hoy estuvimos en este lugar por primera vez mi esposo y yo, para optar por sus artículos con financiamiento y la atención fue maravillosa desde la entrada con la señora Consuelo, luego me dirigí a un señor que vi en algún pasillo y con mucho gusto me atendió era el manager( excelente), me asigno a uno de sus muchachos Kevin con este bello muchacho finalizamos las compras y el nos ayudo muchísimo, super agradable, conocedor de todos sus artículos y bien preocupado por cubrir nuestras espectativas!!!, si necesita renovar sus electrodomésticos sin dudas este es el mejor sitio!!!!! Buen colectivo!!!!!! Gracias estamos muy contentos!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience at Best Buy’s Apple repair service. Even with an appointment, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to be attended, and the staff acted like this was completely normal. What’s the point of scheduling a time if they don’t respect it? On top of that, their advertising is misleading. What they promise online is NOT what they actually offer in-store. Completely unacceptable and feels like false advertising. I expected professionalism, efficiency, and at least basic respect for my time. Instead, I wasted my afternoon and left with zero trust in their service. Never coming back for Apple repairs here. I had planned to buy other products at the store but I’m leaving and buy them in another place. Never coming back to this store again.
