I had the worst experience at this Davie store location. I needed help to get a Att cable box to replace mine which isn't working. TV can't be watched in my Master bedroom. The store was not busy and it was an hour and a half before closing. It seemed like the workers were putting effort in not to work. I walked around looking for help and as I get closer to a worker they would start talking on a head set or look away from making sure not to make eye contact. The only guy looking at me is the security guy at the front. I asked him could he get me help. He said sure that he will send someone to me where I'm standing. I stood by the TV's near the middle of the store. There was no one at all not even customers in the TV section. I waited for 20 minutes and no nothing. I didn't understand why they were even open. I just left angry. Horrible experience.

Great Best Buy. Was the only one where I could get all the accessories I needed. Also, great customer service, all the employees like to help the customer a lot. At the moment, the best Best Buy I enter in south Florida.
