My sister purchased a laptop for me because it was on sale if she would get one as well. Jordan was very accommodating when she came home that's all she kept talking about how nice Jordan from Best buy was. I ended up not needing a laptop because it wasn't my style I was looking for something smaller so we went in there today. When we got there Jordan was there, do you remember my sister and assisted her with her return. Before returning the laptop he was trying his best to see if I wanted something else. I had been monitoring the availability of a TV in Best Buy's online inventory for four consecutive days. Every day it showed as available, and today it even indicated that it was available for pickup within one hour. Based on that information, I drove 26 miles to this store, only to find out that the TV was not actually available.😡 This should never happen. Customers make decisions based on the inventory shown online, and when that information is inaccurate, it wastes our time, fuel, and effort. Driving such a long distance because of incorrect inventory is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.😮‍💨 Best Buy needs to ensure that its online inventory is accurate and updated in real time. If an item is not actually available, it should not be displayed as available for pickup. I hope this issue is taken seriously so that other customers don't have to go through the same disappointing experience.

Today when is walked into Best Buy in Davie the store was pretty empty. The front desk rep/ loss prevention asked what I needed and the. Directed me to the computer section. Once in the area an asked a random geek squad member where the memory sticks were for desk tops. He then redirected back to the front service person. Back and forth was not pleasant. Then I was told the sticks were behind the counter that I could not go behind to see the labels. But the person who told me this would not help select the items behind the counter so I can read them. Horrible customer service. The sunrise store has way better service
