How do I check product availability at the Davie Best Buy?

If I could give no Star I definitely would. Me and my husband drove almost an hour to this store to pick up an item and from the get go Laurie who helped us in store pick up gave us horrible attitude about not having our physical ID even though we were able to provide a picture she went so much as to say “she could loose her job” and the whole service with a serious face and her goodbye to us was bring your ID next time. Then our visit got even worse because we decided to return some items which we did not realize where damaged and were the cause of them not working properly the Geek Squad team kindly explained that they needed to bring his manager Oscar to approve the return but the manager on another hand was nothing like his team extremely rude didn’t even address us just addressed his team and instead of presenting himself all he could say to us was “why should I accept this” eventually after my husband explaining to him the situation he agreed to accept it but overall the experience was terrible never coming here again even if my life depended on it.
