The selection of electronics is impressive, and the staff is usually helpful when you need assistance. However, I found the checkout process to be a bit slow during my visit, which was frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for gadgets if you have some patience.

We asked an associate where a product was located and then got trapped in a 20 minute sales pitch about joining Best Buy's Reward program. The sales agent continuously tried to upsell us on a more expensive item, despite my wife and I stating that we wanted it for a very specific thing and had no need for a larger capacity. Horrible, pushy experience which is just going to push me to Amazon instead of shopping local.
