I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy location. I came in just trying to shop for a laptop, minding my own business, and instead of getting help, I was met with straight-up disrespect from multiple employees.
The way I was spoken to was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking. There were comments made that crossed the line, and the overall attitude felt more like harassment than customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like that in a retail store before.
No customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected just for walking in and trying to make a purchase. If this is how customers are treated here, management seriously needs to step in and fix it.
I won’t be coming back to this location.
