As with every other Best Buy, they never have what I need or are out of stock (always) and carry such a minimal selection of items. Also, I get harassed every single time I go to a Best Buy by some AT&T internet salesman and they never just leave you alone. Line could be empty and it'll still take you 30 minutes to buy 1 item. They have plenty of employees to ask you what you are looking for/need help finding (which is not only pointless when you carry virtually nothing or are sold out, but also downright stupid), but 1 employee (if that) to process orders. Best Buy has become the worst consumer store I have ever been to and it is highly unfortunate that I will keep going because as a dedicated electronic store, it still has more in-person items than most other local stores...and I think they know that which is why they get away with terrible management. That's my 2 cents on the matter.

12/10 experience with the TCL rep around 06.19.2026. He made picking out a new tv seamless and was sooo so sweet! Cashier was also incredible super patient trying to help me find a delivery date. And even further the team that came to put up my tv went above and beyond for me I couldn’t be more grateful! From walking in the door at best buy to flopping in my couch watching me new tv the process was 100% smooth sailing.
