Book an online appointment to get my battery replaced on the iPhone. Came in and was told that I need to book another appointment one week later to get the service. Don’t get why they would give me the availability to come in and get it fix if they can’t do it. Waste time driving there.

Omg. The prices of TVs now compared to 10 yrs ago and the quality of the pics on some of these are like wow
The customer service at this store is truly second to none. Oscar and David helped me with an issue related to an online order that didn’t even ship from their store, yet they still took the time to try to help me figure out who I could contact. They were kind, not defensive at all, and genuinely tried to find avenues to help resolve the issue. My problem is still beyond the store level, but I truly appreciate the effort they put in to help me.
