Kevin and Justin managers should be ashamed of the customer service that they are giving the community I'd rather order on Amazon now than to have a headache of a up sale like car dealership approach to sell a TV for over an hour yesterday to get home set the TV up wall mounted and it doesn't work .Then to go back in and be insulted with car dealership antics again. I mean heck I'm just buying a simple TV when I went in to buy a TV and they tried to upsell me five different times never again will I go back into this Best buy I recommend that you all don't either headaches and hassle that's what you'll get too if you buy anything open box All I wanted was the same TV back and maybe a price break on the TV since they didn't have another open box but no they just wanted to sell at me at another up charge again not this time Best buy matter of fact not ever again.

Was in this store yesterday Wednesday March 4 and I will never go back. Girl with dark hair sitting down at the register, no eye contact, sitting on her cell phone sent me to another department that was busy and she was sitting there doing nothing. When I went back to her she called a manager to help. Terrible service and experience.
