Outstanding customer service following the sale. A tv I had recently purchased suddenly failed. Best Buy's online chat agents helped troubleshoot the problem and ultimately authorized a return. I elected to return the item to the nearest BB store, where the customer service people were equally helpful. They processed the return in minutes, and with barely a wait. The entire experience was far beyond my expectations. Many thanks.
Had a radio installed they had to reschedule me twice. The radio doesn't pick up radio stations well. My dash was also scratched. Also the store phone number does not go to store.
