None a single employee offered to help for over 20 minutes. Even though standing directly in the center near the phone area, ready to buy a phone. Ended up meandering around the store for a little bit and decided my money was spent better elsewhere. Also, when calling customer service, it is an AI agent that will not let you speak to the store directly. Will only transfer you to a "live" agent (which im pretty sure is just another large language model AI agent, that is not even on-site. This store and bestbuy has really lost the human component to customer service. Shows in the employees which couldn't be bothered to give you the time of day.
I have twice have tried to buy CarPlay for my 2009 grand marquis. It cost me just under $2000 both times they’ve lost my order in the mail and re-sold my stuff. They’re very confused at the store and uneducated on what goes in your car and then they lose your order in the process. I highly recommend going somewhere else. This is twice now they’ve had me drive an hour to their store and they don’t even know what’s going on but yet they’re sending emails out come and get your stuff you’ve lost my business.

Apparently this location has gone downhill since I was here last year. I couldn't get anybody to help me, and when I finally did, they couldn't and reached out to another employee who also didn't know who reached out to a third employee who did know but still couldn't help me!
