Apparently this location has gone downhill since I was here last year. I couldn't get anybody to help me, and when I finally did, they couldn't and reached out to another employee who also didn't know who reached out to a third employee who did know but still couldn't help me!

The prices are OK. TV prices are good. But we are looking for help and the guys that are supposed to help us are talking and on their phones and not engaging with customers. Customer service is poor.

Great location helpful staff
We just moved here from Texas and this is the best Best Buy we have ever experienced - Dre, Ben, AJ and Mitchell gave us excellent customer service and advice. The store is fully staffed and the staff is more than willing to assist.
