The worst customer service, bought washer and dryer in September and was told by James in that dept if I opened an account it would be 24 months no interest. When statement came there was a $20 interst charge. Enquired at the store today and apparently I got $85 store credit and not the deferred interest. I paid off my account and tried to use my credit towards a tablet. After lengthy discussion the guy makes me wait w0 minutes to get the item. After he got it I said where is the S Pen the he had been pushing me to get. Aha he was about to sell me a completely different tablet, I just had to walk out, the incompetence is overwhelming 😫

I need an accessory for my phone. I went to a few different places and called others and no one could help me. They didn’t have what I needed or didn’t know what I was talking about.
