Went to my local Best Buy in Daytona . Had an appt set for 1:00. Sat and waited got cut in line by a guy whom came in , and checked in and immediately walked over to the geek squad desk and got helped right away while my family and I had been sitting there for an hr already. Had to return a computer cause we had already been in once previously with the same brand of computer Ibuy power the first time it was shipped out to be fixed and a new one was shipped to the store . We picked it up plugged it in and the same problem happened again with the motherboard so our son just returned it. We made a complaint to the geek squad manager who apologized and said he would have a conversation with the employee.

Absolutely ridiculous. Can’t call the store. Dial the number and get someone in another location that can’t reroute me to anyone local. Spent $2000 on a new laptop, it’s going back asap. The customer service is completely lacking!

The people in the back getting items for shipt shoppers need to be more friendly and stop being so rude. Rang bell multiple times on a wed morning because we have certain tim we to pick up and deliver. We can't just wait till someone decides they want to open the door. The first thing that comes out of the older man's mouth is "we not always back here," and I said, " I know, but..." and he said," but nothing " like if you dont like your job, quit, and let someone else work there that is going to enjoy working there and is going to work well with others.
