I brought my phone in a black SE 2020 iPhone to be repaired. They said I needed a new battery because it wasn’t charging properly. They replaced the battery. The phone still isn’t charging and they told me more or less I needed a new phone can’t get in touch with anybody you get five different numbers and it all lead to their call center. I’ve even contacted Apple and they’re not happy with the treatment I received. I’m waiting for the manager of the geek squad to call me so I don’t know how long I’m gonna have to wait for a refund.

I brought this Pioneer play back device paying more than I woukd pay the car company Ford to replace the old device thinking yay its an upgrade with a bigger screen but its not even been a year and I have been to Best Buy 5 times to get it fixed, two of those times were within the 30 days of purchase. I even at the tine asked if there is a better device as mic was not functioning well then lets return it. They fixed the mic saing it works well if you dont use the AC at higher than 1 speed. I ignored it. Screen dint lit up good so they changed the angle to make it better but I still have issues with device turning off on me randomly or getting stuck on welcome screen. While they fixed 2 of the 3 isses (not fixed just tried to not let me replace to give the device back while I had the chance) Sometimes I get told its the software needing update, its the wire I use, wiring on inside was loose but every time they leave it working and in a few weeks to a month it all fails. This time it failed right away. I want my entire money back and the old radio put back in. $700+ is no joke
