Sometimes the selection could be a little better. They seem to be out of stock on a lot of popular things which is good but also bad for consumers that make their way to the store for something and are not able to leave with it. Online shopping has taken a lot of business away from places like this but the one thing you can’t get online is the specific knowledge and recommendations the staff here can provide. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the prices are always competitive, even compared to online discounts.

Absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service and poor geek squad. Had an appointment with geek squad at 2pm. 2:50 passed and i was still sitting on the side not assisted yet while they were assisting someone for a 4:40apt.

I went to pick up an online purchase. Team members were very attentive. Even though there was a long line and people weren't polite, they kept taking care of all the customers with a smile. Our cashier was from Dominican Republic friendly and professional.
