I've been here a couple of times recently and both visits were pleasant. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I bought a Garmin Smart Watch and some other items. I had to return one of the items because it turned out to not be what I needed and there was no hassle with the return.
There is a great selection of items and brands. Prices seem competitive. Everything is pretty easy to find.
They had at least twenty employees standing around doing nothing. We decided to start scanning and placing the odor online. It wasn't until we were headed out.The door that every one of them asked if they could help us. I don't think they really wanted to help us.

Painful! Train your people better and stop riding their butt. You should reprimand in private and praise in public. Not the other way around. Public humiliation is a horrible tool.

Best Buy continues to display the worst customer service I've experienced of any large retailer. Outside of providing a miserable in store customer service experience, their resolution team is entirely unhelpful and will refuse to escalate your concerns. I regret all of my prior purchasers with this company and hope the consumers rise up and boycott their prolonged disregard for their customers. Despite several emails and phone calls, I still have not been able to speak to someone regarding a resolution. Terrible example of how to run a corporation.
