Save your time and do not shop here. I paid $200 for a protection plan on my computer and the manager (before even seeing the computer) walked up refusing to replace it. On a separate day I did a curbside order and it took 45 minutes before anyone came out and I had to go into the store to have them send someone out. This store is poorly managed. Being honest, Best Buy have gone downhill quite rapidly. I visited 4 times over the course of almost a fortnight and left empty handed hoping they would have something ‘similar’. We all get times are changing but the last successful purchase was in November and with only 1 person working the till, you could imagine how long (and frustrating) the wait was.
Gone seems to be the days when you could have a healthy exchange of ideas with the sales assistants only to replaced with commission driven ‘in your face’ bank hold up style verbal exchanges. Best Buy is a proven brand, a well known chain but in all honesty change tactics or go with the dinosaurs.
