Best Buy continues to display the worst customer service I've experienced of any large retailer. Outside of providing a miserable in store customer service experience, their resolution team is entirely unhelpful and will refuse to escalate your concerns. I regret all of my prior purchasers with this company and hope the consumers rise up and boycott their prolonged disregard for their customers. Despite several emails and phone calls, I still have not been able to speak to someone regarding a resolution. Terrible example of how to run a corporation.

Great experience. All the visual help to see the things you consider buying. We were approached by staff to help if we had questions. Knowledgeable answers and no trying to change our minds about one product or another. I hope staff do not with purely on commission because we go to see and then later buy online when we can compare more. The gentleman who helped us in the TV section were outstanding without being pushy. Such a great store!

I want to WARN anyone buying a TV from Best Buy. If you order a delivery & set-up it will NOT be the Geek Squad but a 3rd party called Manada. (Look up their reviews! Terrible!!) If you want to talk to a Manager...Good Luck! You have employees reporting, "I would get an email the night before giving me a 4 hour window". The only communication from Manada was a text at 6:30 am to give me my 4 hour window. I have tried to reach customer service that is no help either because you get someone from another state or country and not the Daytona Beach store. They have no way to help! Does Manada employees have back ground checks the store says, yes? What about damages your TV or installs it wrong do you have to go back to Manada or Best Buy? The company did not show within my window timeframe just like the reviews said!!! Please complain to Best Buy and demand to hire back Best Buy Geek Squad employees to install and deliver home entertainment!
