I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making my tech shopping a breeze. I'm really happy with my new gadgets and will definitely return for future needs!
Best Buy is generally okay, but I bought a phone for my grandson and I about a year and a half ago. And when the salesman said, oh, you don't have to go to AT&T to buy the phone, you can buy it here. We have almost the same exact warranty. The only thing that's different is if you lose your phone, we don't do anything about it. But everything else is all the same. If the phone breaks, we just give you a new one. And then, when I went in to fix my grandson's phone or get a new one, they're like, no, we've got to fix the screen. And do this and it was a nightmare to get anything done anytime you have to deal with the geek squad, a lot of the guys over there and girls at the geek squad are really good but the policy sucks. When you're told something when you buy it there, get it in writing about returns, warrenties and anything else.

Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
They have so much more than they used to. Enjoyed walking around and seeing all the new items while my phone was getting fixed by the Apple tech.
