Best Buy was fine. I went there to get my computer repaired at Geek squad. That experience was very BAD!!! They charged me for diagnosis of my computer, said nothing was wrong. When I brought it back home, I checked the computer with a self test and found that there was no diagnosis done while it was in there. possession.

Do not bother calling them. These clowns have AI picking up the phone and it refuses to connect you to the store. Ill never give best buy another dollar of mine

This is a high Best Buy but ironically has a limited stock of electronics. They have the name brands but that's it. Even the name brands are limited to select models .
Staff are pleasant enough and can be helpful when encouraged but will lead the customer to the items they want you to see. Not the item the buyer came to shop for
