Crap service. 5 2:40 appoin, 3 - 3 P
PM appointments. Like why???
Our company always has been dedicated to Best Buy for all our electronic needs, but recently you cannot call and talk to people in the stores, you talk to an AI assistant instead, their website says they have my items in stock but when I drive 30 minutes to get them they say they don't. When I finally get in touch with a human there not from the store but a call center and just tell me to order online. The instore experience tells me that they are more concerned with selling cellphones, e-bikes and apliances and not office computer related items. We ended up getting all our printers and computers through another major box store and will continue our office supply with them.

I had a fantastic experience at this Best Buy! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, making my tech shopping a breeze. I'm really happy with my new gadgets and will definitely return for future needs!
