James is my go to guy for EVERYTHING! He has helped me with my new kitchen appliances and pointed out the beautiful color juniper set they have! He’s helped me with computers, TVs, speakers, and literally anything else I need. He’s so knowledgeable and always has the perfect input with great interior design and what’s the new best thing. Like I told him, HE NEEDS TO BE THE MANAGER! His customer service goes above and beyond. As a first time homeowner, James has made home improvements so much easier and less scarier! He’s a breath of fresh air. Grateful for him and all his help at this Best Buy, it’s only great bc of him ❤️🙏
I walked into Best Buy Daytona today where a kind employee named Lamonte was at the tech counter. I asked if he could help me. He graciously replied, "yes". Unbeknown to him he was going to need a lot of patience to persevere through the challenges ahead.
I was trying to view my iphone Photos on my computer without having to AirDrop, which is a very timely process. I wanted to know if there was a cord that I could purchase to view my photos on my iPhone like I use to view my iPhone on the TV.
Lamonte patiently persistented with the task on my computer and referring to his iphone for assistance until he finally accomplished the task at hand which took much of his time. When I thanked him for his time and patience, he kindly replied he was stocking the shelves and was not part of the tech support group.
Lamonte's kindness and persistence was way over and above anything that I expected. Thank you, Thank you Lamonte .

I bought a Universal Remote it did not go with the TV that someone gave me. I called and asked about what Remote will, have th3 Model # and gentlemen on the phone was awesome. I went and bought a TV it was as on sale. I returned the Remote they accepted it even after January 31, 26 they gave me my money back and it was so nice of them to do that. Kuddo's to them. I would shop Best Buy again. Some of them are snitt. I looked and talked to different Associates and I did talk to a very nice 👍 person the gentleman was very helpful and kind
Make you wait even though you have an appointment. What’s the Point of setting an appointment if you are treated like a walk up
