I made an appointment at Best Buy for a battery replacement and went there about 15 minutes before my scheduled time. I checked in at the desk, and during check-in I asked how long the process would take. They told me it would be finished in at most about 1.5 hours. I waited in the seating area for my turn.
After about an hour, they called me and said they were ready to take my phone and paperwork to begin the service. I asked again how long it would take, because my work shift was starting two hours later. This time they told me the paperwork would take around 30 minutes, but the total service would take between 2 to 4 hours.
I understand it can be busy, but there is no point in keeping people waiting for hours with incorrect information. Many other people waiting like me experienced the same situation, and most of them had to leave without getting their service done.
For this reason, I cannot leave a positive review.

You can't reach the store because they don't answer the phone. So they screwed up a purchase and instead of answering the phone, and dealing with it, I have to drive an hour to get it fixed. Because the only people that can fix the serial number on a purchase attached to apple care is the store and since they don't answer the phone, I have to drive in. Why the support number cannot help AND cannot reach the store is beyond me. This sucks.
