Ordered a product (car media head unit) online. I received a product missing parts and not matching the image of the online image. I tried to return it at the Daytona Beach store but was refused as they would not take returns on black Friday. I was told my only recourse was to buy another one and return the unit the next day. Online support offered to send a pickup label. Zero help for a "new" product i was shipped in an opened box stuffed into a shipping box too small for the package. (Exposed areas of the box were covered with shipping tape.) I drove an hour for nothing.
