I recently purchased a new TV and soundbar/subwoofer online. The TV I had my eye on for awhile… easy choice with the pre-black Friday sale.
The soundbar and subwoofer wasn’t as straight forward. After doing a ton of research and review reading, I decided to go with the Yamaha TrueX-50A because Best Buy reviews were very favorable. 4.8.
Turns out that it was mediocre at best and not worth the $500 price tag.
Not many reviews on it, but most said it was awesome… not in my opinion.
I returned it two days after I received it from FedEx. I then tried to write my own review. There was no way to leave one. I was going to rate the 65” LG B5 very well… 5 of 5. The Yamaha I was thinking 2 of 5… due to mediocre Bass and having to have the soundbar volume all the way up to notice a difference. I reached out in chatbot to see how to review my products, and was told that I couldn’t unless they sent me an email asking me to. Total crap.
Hope this helps someone looking in that direction.
