I am writing to address a significant and deeply unsatisfactory experience concerning a recent appliance purchase. On May 13, 2026, I placed an order for a new washer and dryer.
Following this initial transaction, I was informed that the selected items were unavailable, necessitating a delay. In an effort to resolve this and expedite delivery, I subsequently agreed to substitute the original models with alternative units from a different brand. Regrettably, I have now received notification that these replacement appliances are also out of stock and unavailable for delivery.
This repeated failure to fulfill a confirmed purchase, even after agreeing to a substitution, is highly disruptive and has caused considerable inconvenience. I am currently without essential household appliances due to these unforeseen and recurrent availability issues.
Due to the persistent delay and lack of satisfactory resolution from your end, I have been compelled to source a complete washer and dryer set from an alternative supplier, which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Therefore, I require immediate arrangements for the collection of the washer currently at my premises. My understanding was that the pickup was confirmed for tomorrow; however, I have recently been advised by the customer service team that they are unable to accommodate this request on the intended date.
