This is a high Best Buy but ironically has a limited stock of electronics. They have the name brands but that's it. Even the name brands are limited to select models .
Staff are pleasant enough and can be helpful when encouraged but will lead the customer to the items they want you to see. Not the item the buyer came to shop for
Worst Best Buy experience ever. Pricing is inconsistent for items other stores all have in instore clearance. Even showing shelf tag of price with correct SKU and item number, was told by employee who claimed she was a mgr that they had their own pricing and was shown a piece of paper stating that Best Buy only accepted electronic pricing. Wasn’t even offered a bag for the purchase I did make, ( at first was told they didn’t have bags that would fit), until I explained it was raining outside.
Best Buy stores in Jacksonville are much more helpful.
Had a great experience. Bill answered all of our questions and was very helpful. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
Very service oriented, with the guy at the door radioing to somebody else that they're sending you to, and then that person greets you by name... They had what I needed, so I can't complain. They didn't have one thing I wanted, but I didn't expect them to have it anyway...
