Came into exchange a tv I picked up the day prior. Was told it was easier to grab the we one to exchange… 15 minutes of searching. No help, 4 Best Buy employees at the tv table looking at me. No help, voiced my displeasure when returning the tv that I had zero help even when making eye contact. Nothing. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
At least 6 customers were waiting a minimum of 15 minutes for some help to purchase a TV. Management was aware and ignored all of us!

Great place nice intelligent staff
Great customer service, and a really big shop with plenty of electronics stuff in there. Also, theres IKEA in there as well!
