Drove up to pick up my order curbside. They were really quick with getting the items out to me once I entered my info. The person was friendly and confirmed with me the code that was on my screen before they gave me my items. I was there for less than 5 minutes.

I purchased an open-box LG G4 OLED from this Best Buy. At the time of purchase, we were told the open-box status was not a problem, that manufacturer's warranty coverage would fully apply either way, and that Geek Squad protection was unnecessary because ALL problems would be covered by LG. We relied on that information and declined Geek Squad.
After purchase, we noticed image issues on the TV.
LG has now denied warranty coverage based on open-box status, making all the information we received from the Best Buy sales agent at the time of purchase completely false. I have opened a corporate case, filed a Florida Attorney General complaint, and submitted an Open & Honest report. I am still seeking a fair resolution from Best Buy after multiple missed callback windows.
I would strongly caution anyone buying open-box TVs because the information the sales agents provide is incorrect.
