I purchased a dishwasher at the Daytona Beach Best Buy store on September 7, 2026. It is now September 24th and I still do not have a dishwasher!! The first delivery attempt through their 3rd party delivery service and installers, a pickup with a hitched trailer showed up and took up our entire cul-de-sac to unload the dishwasher that was squeezed in with other appliances. After uninstalling our dishwasher, the delivery guy stepped outside. He came back in to tell us he was going to have to reinstall our old dishwasher because the new one came damaged. We called Best Buy and received a delivery day a week later. When the day arrived for our delivery, we received a text message that it could not be delivered and we would have to wait 2-3 days to reschedule the delivery. The next scheduled delivery date, we received a message that it could not be delivered and we would have to wait 2-3 days to reschedule. Long story short- we still do not have a dishwasher and it is now September 24! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT BEST BUY, DAYTONA BEACH FLORIDA!!!!!!!!
