Worst experience, they are scammers, bought a phone with loss & Theft insurance, when trying to file a claim, they said the insurance had lapsed and denied payment, they never notified me of any changes on the terms or anything but they still charge the monthly fees.
Very rude on the phone like they could care less if you buy from them. I’m not putting up with that from them. I will buy my shit elsewhere By by Best Buy

Very good experience. Both salesmen in both departments were very knowledgeable.
Just picked my car up from audio install and I get it’s only about $20 worth on a scratch off but somehow that scratch off is missing out of the two I had in my old radio pocket. Pretty sketchy if ya ask me. When you bring your car to these guys you trust that nothing will go missing or get stolen. Not even something like that. these dishonest people.
