Want to buy something for Best Buy that they advertise for 159 on their webpage and they said they don’t honor their own pricing because even though it’s on their webpage, it’s a third-party seller on their own webpage and this was quoted by the manager Jason who didn’t have the respect to meet me face-to-face he had to talk through an earpiece to his employee. How is this guy a manager of the store if he’s not even man enough to handle a situation and talk to a customer Jason is the worst and this store is the worst.

Went to Daytona Bch location looking to buy a new Galaxy watch. Waited patiently for 15 minutes for someone to ask if they could help. Finally went to customer service and they said they would have someone meet me at watches. Waited 10 minutes and walked out. Definitely not the store it used to be. Bought from Samsung website direct instead. Either hire some help or shut the place down.
