Recently I purchased a 2000$ TV and the warehouse lost the TV. It took them over an hour to find it when I came to pick it up. I was also told by the sales representative that I could claim the remote and other accessories towards the warranty I purchased since the TV was an open box item. When I tried to file the claim I was told I would have to purchase the power cable. After several trips to the store and a whole day of time I was able to find someone that would live up to the accessories claim made by the sales associate but it took literally an entire day of calling and driving to the store. The customer service is atrocious and I can see why Best Buy is struggling and losing market share.

My hp computer gave out so I went to purchase the same laptop that I was using for school. I was assisted by Dan and he helped me so much. I told him my schoolwork relies on my computer and he suggested a dell that was meant for my situation. It was very similar in price but I didn’t quite understand the differences, he explained everything and helped me make the right decision. Dan has the best attitude and he really knows what he’s doing! This is by far the smoothest and most enjoyable experience I’ve had at any Best Buy.

Scammers and extortionists!!!! I have to give it 1 star just to be able to post but my opinion is ZERO stars!!! I bought a washer and dryer, paid for all the necessary extra parts to have it installed, and paid for delivery and installation. Upon arrival the delivery guy told me that he didn't have a certain part for the gas dryer BUT for an extra $125 he could get it and install my washer and dryer!!!! Wait, he doesn't have the part but, for $125 he can magically have the part!?! When I asked for his supervisor's name and number so I could verify his story the guy jumped into his truck and left, WITH my washer and dryer!!!! I will be going to Best Buy in Daytona Beach, where I purchased the washer and dryer, for a full refund. DO NOT LET THIS STORE INSTALL ANYTHING FOR YOU!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!!!
