We came in planning to buy something, but nobody came over to help us, so we literally couldn’t buy what we needed. We waited around and tried to find someone, but no one helped.
The only good part of this experience was one really nice lady who eventually came over and helped us out. She was amazing, super helpful, and actually cared. Because of her, we ended up buying around $2,000 worth of stuff.
If it weren’t for her, we would’ve walked out with nothing. Customer service overall was disappointing, and Best Buy really needs to make sure employees are available to help customers who are ready to spend money.

Always great service here
Just had a fantastic experience with Zac, Geek Squad. He was more than helpful and patient with us, the customers before us, and the customers walking up to ask him questions- all during a very busy shopping day. He didn’t have to be so accommodating, yet he was. We are extremely impressed and will return here on future visits!

Was approached several times asking if I needed help. This usually for me never happenes. Always found what I was looking for due to someone finding me. This specific day I returned a defective router and wasn't given any issues over it. Clean place. Lots to look at. Recommend 100%
