I have purchased numerous Home Theater items and computers at this store. I had a TV and projection TV installed in a media room. The TV went out recently. I called to schedule an appointment. After numerous prompts and 2 people, I was disconnected. I went TO the store in person and waited for a Geek Squad member to assist me. He hurriedly told me that they cannot schedule in home appointments in person and that I'd have to call and gave me a different # to call. I called that number and was disconnected 4 times and finally got a manager on the phone on the 5th call. EVERYONE I spoke to on the phone had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. The manager diligently took all of my info and the model # and all of the info she asked for. She then told me that Best Buy no longer will service home theaters in house and hung up. So...I am going to a different company to buy a new TV vs Best Buy simply because no one would assist me. This HAS to be "customer service at it's worst".

This was the worst purchase experience I've ever had. I made an online order, and while some items were delivered, several were missing. After a week of daily phone calls with agents and supervisors, and countless escalations, I still haven't received the missing items. The most frustrating part is that they seem to have no idea how to resolve the issue. Customer service has been a real nightmare. I will definitely never buy from BestBuy again.
