If you buy from Best Buy online it may be a 3rd party seller that you don’t know about until you place the order. If the item is incorrect you can return through Best Buy but you have to fight like hell to receive a refund because Best Buy expects you to hash it out with the 3rd party seller instead of taking accountability for allowing customers to be swindled through the Best Buy online marketplace.

Chris in the vehicle installation department is the man. He helped me when I screwed up my own rear camera install and on the install of a new stereo and rear camera on another vehicle. Couldn’t recommend any higher.
They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and polite. The install looks incredible as well.
