Do not order anything from the website they will return your stuff and not tell you until you go to pick it up I had some movies order and shipped they argued with my wife for 20 to 30 minutes over oh We don’t have no control over our own website
Bought a $3900 Sony TV from them with all the bells and whistle added on…… TV lasted about 2 1/2 years just about long enough for the warranty to run out. Good luck calling geek squad.(That’s a complete total joke)……. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am with this company, but it’s really not worth my time…. Just trust me when I tell you, Best Buy is not a good Buy!!!!!

It can be really frustrating when a product doesn't last as long as you think it should. All TV's come with a one year manufacturing warranty for defects. Once the manufactuer's warranty concludes, customers needing service on their TVs would need a protection plan for service.
