Not well stocked in the smart home area. Staff weak on knowledge of available inventory and where it was. Didn't seem overly interested in helping.
This Best Buy is sold. Every employee is super helpful and professional from the time you walk in, until the time you walk out. They are very informative about their products which makes your choice a lot easier to buy.
I was in need of some appliances. While checking out the selections, the sales staff was very helpful. They pointed out appliances with the features that mattered most to me. They didn't waste my time trying to sell me something that didn't fit my needs. Upon pick up, there warehouse staff was very helpful getting my washer, oven, and air conditioner loaded in my truck. I wishing had thought about buying appliances here in the past. I will now be going to Best Buy for my future appliance needs!
Looked at earbuds for better noise canceling options. Need a set that blocks background noises to others while on a conference call. Most do not have this ability, and the sounds in my environment are accessible to those on the call (road noises, birds, etc.).
People were kind and attempted to help. They even looked up info in a book. But, the technology is NOT quite there yet. I already own a good quality Bose set. I'm hoping for a pocket-sized case to take along for beachwalks. When technology steps-up to this detail, I will upgrade via Best Buy.
