I own a business that is focused. It’s main purpose in life is customer service and providing our clients with that wow moment I am here to say Best Buy is a typically hidden miss on customer service on people that won’t to take the time to make their clients feel special welcome wanted needed. This review is based off of that one employee at the Destin store. Her name is Alicia and she was absolutely above par on everything, even to the fact that I was needing an accessory that they did not carry in the store and she went out of her way.
