I ordered two TVS from here with delivery and mounting and scheduled a delivery. The morning of the delivery I got a text confirming that the technician would arrive between 7am-7pm. I took off work to make sure I was home. At 430pm Best Buy called and cancelled saying they didn’t have anyone that could come- after I waited most of the day. I called to reschedule and the soonest I could get someone was 6 days later (hopefully they show up this time!!). When I tried to call the store, you get re-routed to the customer service center, their answer was that the stores don’t take phone calls anymore. So I can’t even speak to a manager about this, but this has been the worse experience! Wouldn’t recommended getting your TVs delivered / mounted from this location. And if you work at the Best Buy in Destin, please give me a ring (if yall have phones).

Im not sure who was all on the 7 o'clock shift tonight but they we're all super nice, left their egos at the door and were all on point, from the first person I met to the 2nd guy drew in the TV department helping me pick out and exchange my 65" for 75" hassle free, checkout was a breeze and we're super cool all the way throughout the process. These guys should be copy and pasted, I usually am the the type of person who hates returning or exchanging but this was a super easy and the team was dope 🤙🏻🔥
Customer service was available as soon as we walked in the front door. We were able to find what we were looking for. Great experience.
