If you call to see if they have a product you have to talk to AI and it wants an account number even if you don’t have one! Their sales department is like ordering online! Don’t bother to call and ask if they have something in stock they have to look online to find out. Very unprofessional I asked if the had a voice recorder to use in meetings for note taking. The man said we don’t have anything like that! I was looking at their site online and told him what I was looking for. That I was looking right at it online. Don’t waste you time calling it states you have to agree to their terms to talk to them. Totally computer driven store with a salesman that even talks like a computer! They just lost me as a customer! I can go online and buy same products and get better service with a human if I need to. It’s like don’t call us without an account and don’t ask questions! Totally uncalled for! The owner should call the store and ask if they have something or if it’s in stock. The owner would not even shop at their own store because of the way you are treated! Super Bad Review!!!!!! What has happened to just talking to a salesman and ask questions about the product? Sorry but I am very disappointed!

Destin best buy has some awesome employees helping make that store great. I am knowledgeable with electronics and especially car stereo but i wanted a professional install and unfortunately my guy had passed away... I hit up all the local shops but didnt feel comfortable or trust. They dont have a direct line to reach individual stores so i was forced to go check the waters per say. Chris is the man..you can tell he really knows and loves car stereo. Himself and Matt have helped and continued to help with upgrades making my car sound great and no wires showing... they really took amazing care of me. I tried going to pensacola location but wont go anywhere but these 2 gentlemen. Andrew on the inside (younger sales rep with glasses and dyed hair) was able to sell me on the best buy credit card and helped me purchase an insta 360 x5 and 2 pairs of meta glasses, a second gen wayfarer ray ban and a pair of hstn Oakleys. I had bought the first pair and then came back the next day and the other sales rep kept saying they only had available the ones displayed up top but I told him he was wrong and found Andrew who spent the time to look down below where there were many more options, just only one of each pair..thanks to those 3 great employees I will continue to only use destin best buy for my purchases and installs. I have the 170 plan and recommend it

tried to call the local number. got routed to a national phone number. already had issues with the national customer support people for over an hour. if i call a local number, then i should get the local store.
