Ordered a small chest freezer for pickup. Was notified via email text and the app that the order was ready for pickup. It was in fact not ready for pickup. Arrived at the store and waited 55 minutes for them to pull it from the back. Waited so long I pulled a folding camp stool out of my truck to have a seat. Forgot the camp stool by the front door of the store. Called back to check and see if someone could hold the camp chair for me, but all phone numbers send you to a call center in India that tell you there is no way to call the actual store. This company has gone downhill. Would not recommend

You can't drag me kicking and screaming into Best Buy. There is zero customer service. And if you're lucky enough to get a salesperson, they don't know their products.

GEEK SQUAD FOR LIFE!! SARAH YOU ARE THE BEST!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Sarah who helped me. I went to 2 different AT&T stores, an iPhone repair store, sat on the phone with Apple support for hours— NO ONE could Help me fix my phone for DAYS until I came to Best Buy. They are tech WIZARDS!
Yesterday They got my phone fixed for free and got me out out of the door in 10 minutes. I had to go back today because AT&T IS AWFUL And locked me out of my accounts for hours— they sat through ALL of it with me. And it was exhausting, they were so supportive And gave me all of the information I needed.
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everyone is so beyond Respectful and patient— Especially when I’m freaking out because my entire phone is fried!!
Shoutout to Yoke, Cipher, Sarah, and the store manager. Literally all of the staff was so incredible, but these staff members in specific were able to help me resolve all the issues I had and keep me From losing my mind throughout all of this. And they were really funny, making me laugh during such a stressful time on vacation. They are the BEST!!!
