Update: Thank you for your response but my issue is not the time you've had my computer, it's the lack of communication and inability to reach a human when I call the store. It's infuriating to cal 5 times in one day and after 15-20 minutes getting sent to a call center who cannot help! Also, right after posting this i heard from the Geek Squad and will be picking up my computer.
Destin Best buy geek squad has had my computer for over a week. They said it would take 3-4 days. NO ONE will return my call. I've called numerous times today after leaving several messages and I'm rerouted to a national call service who knows nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will never go to this Best Buy again. I'll drive further to get better service. Since I live 45minutes away I will be there tomorrow to discuss this with the store manager who will not take or return calls. Your Geek Squad is pathetic.

Awesome service. I have honestly never been so happy. I walked in the sales girl asked me how she could help. I told her I needed the TV that was on sale. They pulled it down and had it waiting at the front for me right away. Less than 5 minutes I was headed back to the office with exactly what I needed to install it.
