Ordered two TVs scheduled a delivery. Delivery guys were great showed up with one of the TVs told us they didn’t have enough to fulfill the delivery. Told me I’d be contacted by the store I haven’t been contacted. Spoke with Best Buy customer service 32 hours ago they said they will call me within six hours to rectify. They have not called.. Has spent over $10,000 with them in the last year that will be the last dollar I spend
Should not have to wait over an hour to pick something up from geek squad. I have total membership at best buy, and waited 2 weeks and 4 days for a simple installation. Terrible service. When I got to best buy there was a long line and only 2 people working. But there was a total of 4 geek squad employees on the clock at the time(or more). BTW total membership is $200 for a perk that was taken away(free installations). I like to be understanding about things like this as a service worker myself, but this was just genuinely annoying to see people working but not helping.
