The lady at the pick up in the very front with orange hair was terrible. She had a vape clearly displayed while we were trying to pick up an item and she refused to give us the item after scanning the email and looking at ID. She is terrible at her job and extremely unprofessional.

I wanted to post a well deserved positive review for Chris and Matt at Best Buy (Destin). They work in the Geek Squad as Autotechs in the Mobile Electronics area, and recently installed a very nice JVC touchscreen receiver in our 2003 Toyota Camry. It was a super professional job and looks factory installed. Chris, the Autotech Lead, already has a superlative reputation as an incredibly knowledgeable, top level tech in this area, and Matt is following in his footsteps. Chris saved us a lot of money by getting us a lower priced receiver with the same specs as one we were looking at. He also arranged a significant discount on the installation price. And both of these guys are super friendly and easy to talk to. They get my highest recommendation!
