I purchased a nice drone from this company and an expensive lens. I normally love shopping at Best Buy, but this will be my last time coming to this store. My drone had a sensor malfunction and flew backwards straight into the wall and broke. I brought it back the day after I purchased it and they wanted me to pay an extra $99 for a malfunction in the drone. I had geek squad get the manager for me and the lady came out a long time later, telling me that it was user error and there was nothing she could do. She then got the dji specialist at the store to explain to me. He showed me the website where it clearly states that sensor errors are internal errors and when I mentioned that they told me it’s a black and white situation. The sensors did not work on my drone and they don’t want to replace it without making me pay an extra $99. The manger was really rude and had terrible customer service. And did everything in her power to not make it right for the guest. I do not recommend this store to anyone at all. They do not back their website and protections.
