Friendly staff taking the time to help
DO NOT let the Geek Squad mount your TV. It was improperly mounted and is now tearing apart my living room wall. Yet due to it being out of their 90 day installation window, they told me there is nothing they can do for me, except to charge me another installation fee to come out and do it again. They couldn't do it right in the first place, so I am unable to trust them to do it again. I have been a Total Tech member with them for years and will be canceling their services and spreading the word for others to do the same.

I have to give it to the Geek Squad for an outstanding job in customer service. I worked with Chance and I was grateful for his help in helping me get into my laptop after forgetting my password. He was patient with me as I was also juggling my 3 kids in store. It was a great team work effort. He even went beyond to finding me in the store by the kid games after taking off for a min. I appreciated his time and service that He is highly recommended by me. Take a chance with The man Chance in Geek Squad. 😁
One of the few real electronic stores around here, probably the one. Good service and good merchandise
