Stopped in to price TVs. Didn't buy anything this trip.
10 days ago made appointment for 10AM today to install dash cameras. Message this morning confirmed appointment. Store was closed due to weather. Why can't electronics store notify customers of cancelation? Wasted 25 mile drive.

All I can say is WOW. Walked in, greeted by an employee whom immediately directed me to the specific area I needed. Helped right away and everything was done in a pleasant and professional manner. Thank you for a great experience. I live in Daphne,AL and in the last 10 years when visiting our local BB, have never had this experience.
It's hard to get someone to help. I knew more than the person who did stop and tried to help. He didn't work in this section, but he did try to help. No one from the section ever showed up, even after asking the guy at the door who sa
